We just got our Tuff Shed delivered and constructed and we could not be happier. From the moment we (my wife, 8-month old son, and my 8 week old puppy and I...) stepped into their Raleigh office, we were treated like family. It was raining that day, and I initially went in to see if they were dog friendly. Nick McDonough took great care of us and has ensured our complete satisfaction from "We were thinking of..." to "Wow! It looks better than I thought it would!". The installation team was very professional, communicative, and worked diligently. 100% would recommend Tuff Shed to both friends and family, especially the Raleigh-Durham location / Nick McDonough.

I wanted a Tuff Shed because of the metal base and had a few questions about design. Nick from the Raleigh office reached out and I was able to order the shed within an hour of talking to him.

It took about 2 weeks for them to manufacture the shed and then came the install. They were very accommodating and let me pick the day of installation.

The assembly crew did a great job, they arrived promptly at 7am (be ready!) and tore down my existing structure and put the new shed up in 6 hours total.

I’m very happy and if I need a shed again, I would go back to Tuff Shed.

The spring locks on my Tuff Shed failed and I contacted Tuff shed. My shed was out of warranty, so I was told I had to purchase new ones. I went to the factory in Morrisville, explained the situation, and showed photos of the locks to Tammy and Nick. After speaking with them they immediately solved my problem with new locks. They were very helpful, professional, and kind. I really love my Tuff Shed. Thanks

Just recently got my shed done by Victor from Acts238LLC an installer from tuff shed and Home Depot. They did a wonderful job, my backyard has a slope but when finished. You wouldn’t know. They did an amazing job and knocked it out in 4hours.

I could not be happier with the Tuff Shed we had installed. The process was very smooth from the beginning. After visiting two other shed builders , we met with Tammy and were impressed with her knowledge and demeanor resulting in the design and build contracts for two units. Her response times, professionalism, and overall personality have been excellent throughout the process. We were also impressed the build quality and simplified process for acquiring needed surveys and permits. Would look no further for future endeavors.

This was a great experience. The customer service was prompt with a phone call, I like being able to design it online option. The shed arrived and the two guys that put it up were awesome and efficient. Very easy process from start to finish. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Repair was done today on a warranty bent side frame. Job was done quick and professional. Tuff Sheds are a great shed!

I did a lot of research before selecting Tuff Shed for my backyard shed. I believe Tuff Shed has the best overall design and material options. In particular, they have a unique door design with a very nice handle and hinges that is sturdier than others I have seen.

Nick was great to work with as the design consultant in selecting and configuring the design options. Chelsea was very helpful during the permit approval and scheduling phase, as was Tykhe the permit technician. The installers, Eric and Adam, were great to work with and they did a first-class job of building the shed on site. I’m very happy with the final product and recommend Tuff Shed to anyone looking for a quality shed.

Nick was very helpful in helping us choose and design our 10x10 garden shed. And he helped us coordinate the reschedule due to the snow storm we had - Tuffshed delivered and built on site in just about 4 hours. Very pleased with the result! Added a photo 2 years later, still standing strong and looking good!

Past experience with Tuff Shed led me back there when I needed a new shed. The sales consultant, Tammy, was very helpful in answering all of my questions while working on all of the specifications when ordering the shed. Installation went pretty smoothly, other than a slight shingle color mixup, but it got resolved and installation was completed in a day.
