I have wanted a Tuff Shed for years, but some other project always took priority. I recently found a pre designed template on Home Depot’s website that I liked, the Tahoe 10x12 E shed and it checked the boxes I was most concerned or in need of without breaking my budget for the shed, so I ordered it on Aug 6th with original ETA for delivery as Oct 9th. Tuff Shed reached out to me on Aug 14 said we can do it on Aug 19th! Done in half a day and I am very pleased.

I will add, there is no option to add the Tuff Shed ground anchors or hurricane kit to these pre designed template packages, which is fine, I think it should have a disclaimer. I reached out to Home Depot who reached Tuff Shed reps to inquire, resulting in me being contacted by the sales rep from Raleigh and I nearly cancelled my order based on my conversation with him. It seemed at that time, like I was being upselled, he wanted to help me design a different shed and all I could hear was costs going up based on engineering fees and my prior experience with the design tool.

Ultimately, I got the questions answered by other contacts, and found out how to install ground anchors myself if I want to. I’m glad I didn’t let that change my mind. Every one else was perfectly nice and pleasant to speak to. The techs who came on-site did a wonderful job all around and were extremely professional, top notch craftsmanship.

I went into the store just to look and Tammy answered all my questions and I bought the shed right there. She was knowledgeable professional kind and she provided the best customer service.
She helped me see all the options and went beyond helping me get a fast installation date based on my needs. I highly recommend Tammy and grateful she was there when I walked in

I have three Tough Sheds, and I am delighted with the quality, affordability and customer service. The 8*12 first shed was for appliances for the yard to replace an old corrugated vinyl one. That installed it in half a day. They also cleaned up the work area , and this shed serves so serves so much better than the old one. I liked it so much I bought another smaller 3*6 shed. I had a old cover on my water pump but it had rotted away. So the second TS replaced it. But it also serves two other purposes. First we have a long curved driveway so this is now our waterproof package delivery point. Finally I set it up with a desk and shelving and my wife uses it as a potting shed! Saved the best for last… They are just finishing a detached 22*22 garage (first two pics). Always wanted one. This is even better than I expected. Trust these guys!

My name Liza. I am writing a review for Tuff Sheds. From the start of my experience, which started Saturday, October 19 till the installation on October 26 has been simply amazing. I purchased and designed my shed at Home Depot. Then I was contacted by tough sheds on Monday. We signed contracts approve my purchase. I spoke with Shallon. After talking with her decided, I wanted to do a change order, which was easy Peezy It was no problem I upgraded to 10x12 from an 8 x 12. That did not change the date of installation, which is the following Saturday in all the whole process took one week which is amazing turnaround time. The installer was awesome Miguel he made sure I was happy with the placement. Happy with the installation. Left my yard immaculate. heck, he probably cleaned up something that I had left down there. It was the best experience I ever had with anyone installing the shed on my property and I’m super picky. I am. I’m almost a pain, but it was amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about this company Would recommend them to anyone who is looking to install a shed was awesome. I just want to thank you for your product and your installation and your complete Professionalism and niceness just plain niceness. Thank you and anyone should use your company. I would recommend it again. It was a awesome experience thank you and you have a wonderful day.

TuffShed handled all the permitting, site visit to help plan and make sure everything would be to code, and explained how to build the shed pad. It's not a speedy process, but the end results are great, and I'm really happy with it. There was some paint dribbled on a spot on the back wall and they came out and fixed it quickly with no issues. They were the only shed company I could get to come out to make sure that a shed was viable given my concerns about property line setbacks and a very large tree. Really happy with their customer service and the end result!

My experience with Tuff Shed was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning of going into the local sales/design center until the installation completion was great. Tammy Morgan, my design consultant, was excellent! She answered all of my questions and offered suggestions for things I hadn't thought of. Tammy followed up on all of my questions and concerns. The installers I had, Eric and Adam, were super friendly and nice. Our final coat of paint was done by Derek and he did a great job to. This is my wife's "she-shed" and she is thrilled to have it. Tuff Shed offers an excellent product and price. Their sales and service staff are awesome to!

Nothing but praise for the Tuff Shed team out of Raleigh. Wife and I were looking for an additional space where I could create an office and for us to have some additional storage. We went through numerous design ideas and iterations and the team at Tuff Shed was there to help us every step of the way. Tammy Morgan was highly responseive and knowledgeable and flexible. I can't tell you how many times we made minor and major adjustments to our designs; Tammy was nothing but eager and helpful throughout the whole process., and we're thrilled with the final result. On ther permitting side, the city of Raleigh gave us a really hard time but Chelsea at Tuff Shed got us through the long process with peak professionalism and understanding. (We had a very unique case given our site's proximity to an intermittent stream in an easement just off our property.) Finally, the team Tuff Shed brought in to build out the shed were absolute pro's. They worked hard, communicated super well, and took visible pride in their work (props to Tim at God's Torches Inc. out of Virginia).

While the process was LONG and arduous, the Tuff Shed team supported me from beginning to end! Any time there are permits involved, you know that it's going to take a while. However, now that the project is complete, we are extremely pleased with how the shed turned out--both in quality craftsmanship and in appearance. I would definitely buy from Tuff Shed again!
