Corey McCormick did a fantastic job!He was very professional ,respectful and caring.

Zach was a very nice young man. Explained everything, and made sure everything worked properly.
I however only gave 1 stars due to cost. I paid a $65 or $85 dollar service fee. I’m fine with that. BUT my total was $403 total. Zack showed me the total price before I agreed but I decided NOT have the toilet installed for an additional 500 bucks. I provided the faucet and toilet. I did not have it in me to tell him to leave when I saw the price, because Zach was so nice. But MY GOD!!!! He was here no more than an hr and I paid over 300 bucks just for a faucet. I don’t know why on earth they charge so much!!!! I know I will never use them again just because of price. I feel cheated honestly but understand Zach didn’t set price. It’s been a few days since the install and I get upset the longer time passes. Please everyone be aware that you will be over charged!!!! I’m sorry to leave this review but it’s just the truth. -
Very nice and respectful and got the job done fast and done well. Would highly recommend him.

DO NOT HIRE PRIDE PLUMBING.
I had Pride come out last Friday because of a clogged toilet and water backing up into my tub. First the technician spent 2 hrs outside claiming that he could fix the problem that way. When that didn't work, he then had to do a much more expensive job where he removed the toilet and tried pumping from inside. that worked for a few days however the exact same issues happened just a few days later. Now, I was told that the job was under warranty and that if we had ANY issues to call them back and they would fix them right away. I called, and was immediately told we'd be charged again. Apparently, only the resetting of the toilet was under warranty. According to the man I spoke to (Steve) "Anyone could just throw something in the toilet and clog it up again."
My wife and I live alone with no children. No one threw anything in the toilet other than toilet-tissue and waste.
Once again, do not hire Pride Plumbing unless you want to be lied to, and have the exact same issues pop up again in a few days, where they will try to charge you again.
UPDATE: As you can see per their response: Pride did not take this botched job seriously and instead would rather shift blame to us and then have the audacity to say we are lucky they didn't charge us more. I found a local plumber who came and did the exact same job (CORRECTLY, mind you) for $500 (about half of what I paid Pride to do it incorrectly, and as they themselves stated I should've paid them an additonal $500 just because.)
Stay far, far away from this company. You'll find people who can do it right, people who can do it cheap, and even people who can do both. Pride can do neither. -
He was very good to tell you us what was needed. He did fast and fantastic job. Would recommend him

Thank you for the reply to my wife's review. I just would like to clarify that your technician charged additional $128.00 only for a visual inspection of the perimeter of my house including the crawl space. He didn't "take anything apart", he "didn't delve deeper" to locate the problem. He simply went to the crawl space and heard the leak of the water. Just for going in the crawl space Pride Plumbing charges $128.00? It's absurd. The plumber company that I hired to fix the water leak is also fully licensed and insured. The technician did an excellent job for a better price.

Colby was GREAT! Early for appointment time, knowledgeable, kind, and task completed perfectly in record time.

He did a great job, even though we weren't able to achieve the desired results today. He tried hard and explained everything as he progressed.

Pride Plumbing is very costly. Technician Cory was professional and courteous, but just to come to my house I was charged $89.00.I was charged an additional $128.00 (total $232.19 with tax) for the technician to walk around my house to locate the problem. The $128.00 charge was a total surprise. When I called for service, the receptionist informed me ONLY about the charge of $89.00 for the technician to come to my residence. Which usually includes the diagnostic and often it is subtracted when service is rendered. After locating the problem, Cory gave me 4 estimates for the repair $1,164.22; 1,688.86; 2,865.11; 3,102.63. I thanked him for coming, and I contacted a different company to get another estimate. I hired the other company immediately, With the other company I paid for the service 35% less than the first quote of 1,164.22 given to my by Pride Plumbing. In addition, the ONE fee for a technician to come to my house AND to LOCATE the PROBLEM was subtracted.

Linda C. 5/30/25- updating my review 6/23/25: They contacted me and stepped up to address my concerns, see below: I was charged over $ 700.00, just to install a kitchen faucet that I had already purchased. I needed hot/cold stems replaced in bathroom sink and shower, which he said he could not do because he didn't have the stems on his truck. We initially started out at 1016.00, 89.00 of which was the fee to come. I was fine with that and they took some off because I had my own kitchen faucet. Nothing else got done for the total of 796.00. He said even though he didn't replace the stems I was paying for his time. On my bill it still said rebuild which nothing was rebuilt. I ended up going to the parts stores getting the stems for the shower and doing that myself which was $21.00. So, watch out even if nothing gets done you may still pay a high cost getting almost nothing but a few good manners and still have to do the job yourself. I did! ....never again!
I have to give credit where credit is due: Pride Plumbing read my review, investigated, called me and offered to correct my concerns. They refunded part of what I had paid. I appreciate them stepping up and doing good business! -
Arrived on time fixed problem in a timely manner technician was great even cleaned out the tub. Awesome. Price was slightly higher than roto router.
-
Had toilet inspected $232.00. To pull toilet and put wax seal on $549.00. If anything else is needed price $ goes up!!! This is a plumbing ponzi!!! If your SMART I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE THEM!!!!
-
The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. I will use your services again and recommend your company to friends as well. Thank you so much.

Update! $1,500 pump didn’t even last two years and motor completely burned out! Not sure how considering it’s been used maybe five times. The entire thing needs to be replaced. That’s a hard no—at least not with Pride Plumbing.
See their response below. It was absolutely not due to improper use. Nice try though to make it our fault so as not to accept responsibility for an overpriced crap product.
Steve and his right hand man are AWESOME! They are professional, personable, and so knowledgeable and helpful! They installed a pump and spigot at our dock. -
Eddie was fantastic to work with. He was courteous, on time, and kept me updated with progress as he worked on the installation. As an added bonus, he carried packages to my door left by Amazon near the road. He should get paid extra for that :)
