Colby the technician was fantastic! He arrived at the beginning of my appointment window and quickly identified the problem. He was polite and courteous and he explained everything without making me feel dumb. I was even able to add a 2nd repair after I paid my bill. When I asked him if he could do the repair he replied a cheerful "yes ma'am" and got the job done! I highly recommend Pride Plumbing and Colby. PS - I was not impressed with the high cost for the 2 jobs but that is NO reflection on Colby.
