Jonathan is absolutely fantastic! I called him at 7 am with an inconvenient (always) furnace outage when we’re at our coldest this year. He was out within hours, troubleshot the issue and resolved it. He’s got reasonable pricing, provides a great service and explains the problem clearly and how he resolved it! Thanks Jonathan!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐What can I say except exceptional service and professionalism! It’s hard to find exceptional service AND fair prices with personal attention these days, especially in a mega city which Charlotte has become. We want all the glitz and glam of being an “IT” city, but we forget it comes with costs! One of them being the loss of personal, quality craftsmanship approach in service. Jonathan provides this approach authentically, and even gave me easy to understand explanations of what was wrong with my unit and what solutions he recommended. Nothing pushy or unnecessarily spoken as an emergency, just honest quality service! We have worked with many HVAC companies over the years, and we can say Carolina First Heating & Air is our favorite.
