Carolina First Heating & Air LLC was wonderful! They booked us an appointment immediately and came the following day after we initially called. They don't even service our area and still said they would travel over a half an hour to come help us. The man came on time, was professional, and very kind. He spent 2 hours at my house double checking everything, while simultaneously on the phone with my husband explaining everything to the both of us. He was very thorough and gave us an extremely reasonable price. We will definitely be using their services again for 2X yearly maintenance and highly recommend them.
