Have now used STAT cleaners multiple times - from cleaning large area rugs, cleaning and drying upholstered furniture such as our couch and headboard and coming to clean and dry out our basement rug when we had a flood - the service is always top notch! Eric, Troy and Greg are all very professional and communication is constant throughout the process never leaving me wondering how long a project will take. When we had a bad flood earlier in the year, the crew even offered to take the rug and headboard with them to clean offsite so we get in a restoration company for work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for house rug and upholstered cleaning needs!!

Troy and his team at STAT did high quality cleaning of the hardwood and tile flooring throughout my house. The team provided excellent customer service by showing up on time and answering all of my questions in a friendly manner. I would highly recommend them for all of your floor cleaning needs!

After a messy Airbnb guest checkout, we needed our furniture and rugs professionally cleaned and deodorized. Stat Floor Cleaning did a fantastic job restoring our couch, loveseat, chair, and two rugs back to guest-ready condition. Highly recommend!

The Maids of South Charlotte recently did a cleaning for me. It was the most thorough cleaning I’ve had by any maid service. The maids were not considered maids. They were called specialists and they certainly lived up to that title. My house feels cleaner than it ever has. Initially, I was just going to do a one time clean. But, after the quality of service I received, I will be having them clean my house in bi-weekly intervals. In the past I’ve used maid services that seemed to be motel type cleaners that left a lot to be desired. These specialists were EXTREMELY thorough. They also don’t use harsh chemicals. It was nice to walk into my home and not have to open windows to vent out the smell of sanitizers and bleach.

Ashley and Lacey and their team just left my home. I could not be more pleased. They were extreamly polite, well presented and on task.
I'm so grateful to have them on a regular basis now.

Today was the 2nd time we had The Maids of South Charlotte out to clean our home and they do not disappoint. Every room shines like no other. We have had other cleaners come to our home regularly prior to trying out the Maids and the house never looked as clean as it does when the Maids leave.
