What a wonderful company! Everyone arrived with their shoe covers, friendly attitudes, supplies and got to work. Everything was spic and span clean. These ladies had their work cut out for them and the finished project was amazing. My floors were impeccable, the upholstery was thoroughly vacuumed, there is no dust, cobwebs or dirt to be found. Highly recommend them and will use them again. And look what I came home to? What a beautiful surprise.

The Maids of South Charlotte Made their first visit to my home and did a Very professional job with attention to details. My house was so clean and fresh when they finished. My dogs love them and they got got along. Great I’m happy I chose some for my house cleaning.

The yellow team did a thorough job cleaning my home again. I love the fresh scent throughout the entire house after they clean. They clean under furniture and on floors where it’s difficult for me to reach. They are hard working and get along great with my dogs.

Simply amazed at the professionalism and quality of work done in our home. The Blue team (Nick and Leslie) crushed it for us as we're expecting our first baby in just a couple of weeks and wanted to get our house deep cleaned. The house is spotless!

While cleaning a bathroom, a shelf fell and cracked the toilet tank cover. Within minutes Nick and Leslie had contacted a field supervisor (Suz) to come out to the house to take a look at it. Suz was excellent as assessing the situation and putting me in contact with Ashley and Adam to fix the tank cover.

The majority of cleaning companies would have likely had the matter resolved in a few days to a week or maybe would have just cut a check for the price of the replacement....

Ashley and Adam had a new tank cover for us an hour!

We hired The Maids to clean after having our hardwood floors refinished. They went above and beyond to consider the best approach, cleaning all the areas including blinds. We were very happy with the results and communication. So great to walk into a clean house after vacation. Will definitely use again for any future cleaning needs!

The maids have been out to my home on several occasions now, and I have to say that they do a top-notch job every time! Their attention to detail is wonderful. They take the time to do small things like folding hand towels to look pretty and folding the toilet paper over into cute designs! Small things like that make me smile and it’s just beautiful to come home to a sparkling house after a long day of work. Anytime that I have called to alter appointments or ask any type of question, Ashley has always been patient, responsive and thorough. I greatly appreciate the professional service from this company!
