Norma and Jesica did a wonderful job cleaning our home. We have 2 dogs and a baby on the way and they sure did make our place spotless! Efficient cleaning, reasonable pricing and they were very professional and kind. We look forward to having them back.

The team was very friendly and they were fairly quick, considering it was their first time in our home. The price for the service is reasonable and I would certainly recommend.

I have tried several cleaning companies and finally found one I love! The owner came out to give me an estimate, and she was very accommodating to my needs with two kids and a dog. I felt comfortable that our house would be cleaned professionally and if I did have concerns they would be welcomed. Since they have come in and cleaned I can not say enough good things about the service. The staff is professional, and leave names of who came to clean along with who checked up on their cleaning. I love the fact that the products they use are eco friendly and safe my young children and dog. Details such as vacuuming furniture, changing bed sheets and dusting all my pictures are so appreciated. Any scheduling changes I have had to make have been taken care of with no issues. I highly recommend them - they are affordable, professional and I look forward to coming home to a clean house after they visit.

The Cleaning Authority is always incredibly professional and they do a fantastic job. If we ever need to reschedule a cleaning for any reason, Cameron is very responsive and accommodating. We’ve been using TCA for over 2 years and we are highly satisfied! Definitely recommend them!

My duo cleaning team was anxious to leave my apt. today …after little over 40 minutes 😐. The glass top tables needed further attention, the cleaning was minimal, + I was somewhat disappointed for $96 dollars !
It was lunch time so I feel the poor service was due to hunger distractions. etc.
Over all I am pleased with the Cleaning Authority !

Ok...I am really trying to work with this company's service. BUT, each time I have found sub par work. The cleaning (especially the so called Deep Cleaning) has not been what I expected. The first service was deep cleaning of kitchen and bathroom, plus general cleaning. The 2 young ladies showed up on time; then an additional 2 ladies showed up but my home size did not require that many people to clean it..not to mention I don't keep a nasty home. My home really only needed a deep cleaning on areas I don't get to (dusting base boards, high areas and under, cleaning window sills). But I found most issues with general cleaning, bathtub not cleaned adequately, shower curtain not cleaned. The manager had to come out later to go back over things. I asked that the young lady that cleaned these areas not return to my home. 2nd visit was a little better but rugs in bathroom not swept or vacuum and dust found under couches which was supposed to be a deep clean area. 3rd visit did it for me...not only were rugs in bathroom not cleaned they were left on the rail and thrown in the closet and kitchen mats left on top of trash can. I can go into other details but no need. I can clean my house on general clean better than PAID cleaning services. I don't think some of them know how to clean properly...when it's paid service the expectations are higher than that if your own. Let's just say try this company at your own risk, but I have taken all the risk I'm willing to take. Looking elsewhere...I know there's got to be better out there.

I've been extremely happy with the service we've received with The Cleaning Authority. We've been clients for several years and they always do a great job. Any time the team has had to reschedule, they've given me plenty of notice, called first and been flexible. The team who cleans my home is friendly and they do a comprehensive job. They are always professional, on time and clean well. The sparse times in which there were areas of concern after a cleaning, they quickly came out and had a team reclean the area and had a manager come to inspect. I've been extremely happy with the cleanings and customer service.

This was my first time using the Cleaning Authority services. WOW totally worth it! I'm a mom of a toddler and can barely get any cleaning done. They left the house impecable! They did deep cleaning of two areas and standard cleaning of the rest. Professional and respectful. Clearly we'll trained. Scheduling was easy. Also, the owner Cameron is very friendly and easy to work with . Absolutely recommend them!

I’ve cycled through my fair share of cleaning services in Charlotte and this one is by FAR the best. The whole experience from booking to the actual cleanings is truly unmatched. I could not recommend this company enough. Been a customer for several years and wouldn’t dream of switching. You can tell the owner really cares about the customers and the quality of the work his business delivers.

UPDATE to former review: The company was great about getting in touch with me and making things right. They have been doing an amazing job! Even a great company can have an off day or two. I'm very happy that things are back to their normal, amazing care.

We had some uncompleted items from the initial clean, but Susie came out the day we called and exceeded expectations with regard to completing them.
