Where do I start! Brian and I met through a project he did for a friend of mine. I was amazed at the transformation of my friends yard and how quickly the project was completed, my friend raved about Brian and his team. I quickly contacted Brian's office and he promptly came out and shared some ideas on how he could transform our backyard into a mountain resort pond with Koi and a Zen Garden area.
Frankly, my wife and I were quite nervous and anxious because we had never taken on a project of this magnitude but Brian reassured us that we would be pleased. Low and behold, the finished project exceeded our expectations! The landscaping is perfect, the pond and all the features are perfect, the crew were professional, timely, and very hard working. I highly recommend Brian and his crew, you won't be disapointed! WE HAVE FOUND OUR ZEN!!

Peaceful Ponds did an extraordinary job on my patio renovation. During the job, they were easy to work with and assisted with designing the new layout. They also assisted with draining remedies and landscaping design. 5/5 Stars - If you are considering a backyard renovation I would recommend giving them a call.

I was extremely pleased with a recent remodel of my patio. I wanted a clean, fresh look with low maintenance. Brian and Matt Barrett did an excellent job with rearranging the use of space and giving me an updated look. They along with their crew were prompt and very professional. I could not have imagined a better outcome. Highly recommend!

Wow! I don’t even know where to start. I can tell you that if you were thinking about getting a pond from Peaceful Ponds…DO IT. Brian from Peaceful Ponds exceeded any expectation that I had. He worked with my vision and created a masterpiece. Not only is he and his crew super professional, they were punctual and ahead of schedule. He was very patient with us and included us in the decision process every step of the way. I literally stare at my beautiful water feature and instantly feel zen. Brian is a man of his word which is extremely hard to find these days. He created a paradise in my backyard, and I am so grateful for him and Peaceful Ponds.

I recently hired Peaceful Ponds to clean out our pond that we recently inherited with our new house. Not only were we happy with the excellent service that we received, but after notifying them of a couple concerns we had, they acted swiftly to resolve the issues. Graham has done a great job with taking care of us and we absolutely will be using them for all our pond needs in the future!

One of the best maintenance experiences I've had to date. I have a small residential pond/fountain and the fountain recently began running inconsistently, despite my regular "maintenance." Juli promptly responded to the voice mail I left and got me set up with an appointment that was quite convenient for me (and also called me the day before to let me know that the technician might be late - much appreciated). Graham arrived on time and was incredibly pleasant and professional, even after having to perform (what I considered to be) major work on the pump housing (included removing years of buildup in the trap and filter, cutting out tree roots, and replacing the filter) and ending up incredibly dirty for his pains. That level of work just didn't seem to phase him. He also took the time to supplement and correct the minimal maintenance/cleaning instructions I had received upon acquiring the fountain and left me with a new filter for when it would need replacing again. And all for a very reasonable fee. The fountain is running better than when I purchased the property 3 years ago and I feel better about being able to properly maintain it. Hopefully I won't have need of pond/fountain services anytime soon, but I know exactly who I will call. Much appreciated, Juli, Graham and Peaceful Ponds!

our previous pond individual stopped servicing ponds and I was concerned until I found Peaceful Ponds. Graham has been everything we needed. He was prompt, professional, and capable. Julie has also been wonderful. I would strongly recommend them

Peaceful Ponds just finished our new backyard walkways, patio and porch stairs. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! They kept to their schedule, did great work and cleaned up everything in the end. You can tell they have a lot of experience doing this, they are true professionals! We will 100% be working with them on future projects at our house.

I have a large water feature on my patio that was not pumping as it should and I knew the pump needed cleaning. I contacted 5 companies and Peaceful Ponds was the first (and only) company to get back to me. Graham came out, knew exactly what was needed and gave me more than I expected! He and his helper cleaned the pump, adjusted the flow, and even power washed the rocks! It looks beautiful and the flowing water is such a soothing sound. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend them to anyone with a water feature!

We couldn't be happier with the gorgeous pool that Brian, Matt and the team at Peaceful Ponds designed and made for us! Not only did the custom pool design and natural waterfall accent surpass our expectations; their customer service, met timelines and communication was exceptional from start of the project to its completion. All of the crew members were professional and polite and we felt we were always going to be taken care of throughout the whole process. Obviously a custom pool build can be a big undertaking and a serious commitment to what your home backyard is going to look like- do yourself a favor and go with Peaceful Ponds for your pool- you will thank yourself later every summer to come while you are enjoying your oasis!

We inherited a pond when we purchased our home and it was a disaster. Peaceful Ponds helped us to turn it all around and even redesigned the entire thing. Brian is extended creative with his suggestions and listened to our needs. The installation process was terrific and we love our pond. The annual maintenance is great, too. I highly recommend this team, you won't be disappointed.

In 2021 Brian and his team team finished our Pool. Its been about 2 1/2 years of Pool use now and I am comfortable writting a reveiw for them. Brian is a very creative and enthusiastic individual who takes great pride in what he builds and has a definte point of view regarding how things need to get done. For the most part his crews are very knowleadgable, skilled and professional. Matt - the Project Manager for my job was exceptional. He keep the project on schedule and had a very good understanding of my conerns. Any major construction project has its issues and we had a few along the way but as far as the end result and quality of product I have no complaints. I would definately recommend Peaceful Ponds to anyone doing a pool project.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Brannon and his Peaceful Ponds crew. Brannon is a true professional and came out to help us design our dream pool deck out of travertine pavers. During our design meeting he even gave us suggestions for our deck and landscaping that we had planned to do ourselves at a later date. Their pricing is more than competitive and wow did they deliver when the crew left after a fast 2 days. What made me want to write this review was after the project was completed and we had some unfortunate settling happen with a few pavers close to the pool. I texted Brannon a few pictures asking if this was something that they would fix and he said absolutely, and at no charge. The crew came out and quickly came up with a permanent fix that would prevent the problem from happening again.. and 6 months later the patio still looks perfect. I am thankful for neighbors that recommended Peaceful Ponds and I will continue to recommend them to anybody looking for landscape work. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Brian and his team are the best. We hired them to install a spa, pool, and patio, and they exceeded expectations every step of the way. They proposed design ideas that other contractors hadn't considered, incorporated changes without any fuss, and, most important, did excellent work. All of their workers were polite, prompt, and conscientious about keeping the property clean, and we finished in half the time it took the neighbors up the road who went with one of the big-box builders. I highly recommend Peaceful Ponds, and will use them on all future projects.

After the amazing job Peaceful Ponds did with our pool, we selected Brian and Brannon to do the landscaping. We knew some of the plants we wanted to incorporate but had no idea how to work them into the organic shape of the pool. Brannon has an amazing eye, did a fantastic job with the design and we could not be happier. Brannon and his team were very professional and made sure everything was taken care of down to the smallest details. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Peaceful Ponds for all your landscaping (and Pool) needs.

Friendly and easy team to work with when you can get ahold of them and can come out. I have a decent size koi pond around 3k gallons of water with 8 Koi Fish and they have fixed any problems I have had so far. Main concern is that you’ll need to factor 2-4 business days at least if not longer for a reply back via email or text from one of their service technicians. Few times I’ve called during business hours for different occasions is met with a voicemail and typically only get a follow up reply via email when I send a second follow up. FYI they’ll charge $150 each visit even for simple troubleshooting of a pump. They do great work, hard to get in contact with in my experience unfortunately.

Owner was hands on, other leaders were knowledgeable, professional and cared about the quality of their work. All workers were respectful and worked hard to ensure an excellent finished product.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Peaceful Ponds. Brian was so helpful during the planning/ design process. He was able to bring us a plan that exceeded what we had imagined being able to do, while still being mindful of our budget. He worked directly with us every step of the way- making the process easy and enjoyable. We didn’t have to worry about a thing other than watching our beautiful backyard come together!! The crew was always on site early and worked hard the entire day, completing our project quickly. Can’t recommend this wonderful company enough!

Couldn’t be happier with my pond. From the thoughtful design to the outstanding maintenance team, these guys cover it all. I now have a real pond to make sure my prized koi are happy.

Brannon and his team did an amazing job on our yard renovation. We added irrigation in the front, turf in the back, and stood up a pavilion to house a hot tub. They facilitated everything and kept great communication throughout. They handled some permitting hiccups from the city with care, and were very patient with any questions or concerns that arose. I couldn’t recommend them any more highly!
