The time and care this company gives you is phenomenal. They make you feel like you’re their only customer. Paying them for weekly maintenance on our pool AND massive koi pond is 100% money well spent for the last year+. They always do their best to keep our pond so clear and made to look perfect for a magazine cover! Love these guys!

Brian and all the employees were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions we had before we embarked on this new adventure of having our own personal waterfall. Brian, Brannon, and Adon are visionaries. They built us a custom waterfall and paver patio. They were able to transform a nice backyard into a beautiful and relaxing experience that will last for years. The waterfall even gets better at night when the water dances off the rocks in front of colored lights. This company completely surpassed our expectations. Best of all is that the water is recycle, meaning no expensive water bills. We recommend this company for those that expect a quality job.

Our hardscape transformation of our backyard was the best thing we have ever done. We went from mud and grass that would never grow, even with an irrigation system, to a completely natural yard with a multi level travertine hardscape with an outdoor kitchen, fire pit and a bubbling rock, This was a total game changer. Not only is it some of the best work I have ever seen, but the experience was second to none, Brian is the best at his craft and his crew is awesome. They were not working on any other projects while doing this huge undertaking at our house. This enabled them to be there every day from sun up to sun down and complete the whole thing in about two weeks. Unheard of! Usually dealing with anything yard related is an absolute nightmare, this was a dream. Thank you Brian.

Like many others in these reviews, Brian and his team completely transformed our backyard into what we consider our little paradise now. From the first time he visited the backyard, Brian captured a vision of what it could be, and made it happen collaboratively with us. We went through a few iterations of the design, but we are positively delighted with the results.

Peaceful Ponds did a beautiful job on my patio. Brian has such a vision, truly a master at his profession! The crew was punctual and respectful of my lawn and clean up. I cannot believe how beautiful my yard turned out!

If you are looking to have a water feature done, I highly recommend using Peaceful Ponds. Brian and his team were great! We looked at various waterfalls on his website to get an idea of the type I liked. They let me know what they were doing every step of the way. Cleaned up when finished, no mess. They did a fantastic job. I love my new waterfalls. All my friends are complementing how beautiful it is. I had one that was falling apart and they completely took it apart and built a masterpiece!

Working with Brian and his team has been very easy. Everyone was very responsive to questions and concerns. Additionally, Brian was very patient with us during our request for HOA approval. Our waterfall/pond turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. It is exactly what we were looking for! Even after completion of work Brian continues to be responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Peaceful Ponds!

This review is way overdue, but I'm actually in a better position to offer longer-term feedback on my experience with Peaceful Ponds as a result. I hired PP about a year ago to renovate my front yard, which sits on a pretty steep slope. Brannon was our project manager, and he was amazing to work with. We met with several contractors when searching for the best fit, and it was clear from our first meeting with Brannon that we wanted to work with him. In contrast to the other firms we contacted, Brannon took time to understand our goals and the desired outcome we were seeking rather than rushing to provide a quote. He approached the hiring phase from the perspective of a partnership rather than just being an "order taker" to implement the initial ideas we had. This turned out to be critical, as he had much more creative ideas on how to best transform the front yard. It's clear that Brannon has strong design skills, and he was able to synthesize all of our preferences in styles, materials, and plants into a sketch that was simply amazing. After working out the details and contract, which was a fairly painless process, we hired PP to take on the project. Brannon was transparent with the timing in terms of their backlog, and he was actually able to work us in several weeks earlier than expected. The work was completed ridiculously fast given the scope and complexity, and the crew treated my property with respect (no trash or junk left behind). Brannon was even able to work some additional add-ons into the project within our budget. The results were breathtaking, and my front yard now brings a smile to my face every time I look at it, which is incredible given how unappealing it was originally. Beyond that project, we hired PP again afterwards for a small fountain installation, and we were also pleased with the turnaround time and quality of the work. After those two projects, I've followed up with Brannon on a handful of occasions for advice (winterizing the fountain, how much mulch to order to freshen up, etc), and he's always been kind enough to follow up quickly and with clear, specific guidance. Now that we are a year+ into this yard transformation , I've seen the plants through all four seasons, and everything has held up really well. No plants have died, which speaks to the quality of the specimens that were selected. In terms of the cost/value, I found PP's contract to be on par with, or better, than the pricing we received in other quotes. Frankly, I was surprised that our project wasn't more expensive, because it seriously looks absolutely amazing. TLDR - Peaceful Ponds is one of, if not the very best contractors I've ever worked with and I would recommend them for pretty much any outdoor/landscaping project. I can't speak highly enough of Brannon and his crew, and I'm currently scheming on new projects for my house that I can hire them for.

Not open when I arrived at 10:45... Couldn't get anyone on the phone. HOWEVER, BEAUTIFUL waterfall in the yard.

Update: Google maps incorrectly has them listed for pond SUPPLIES... THEY ARE A POND CONTRACTOR!!! So, I amended my review accordingly. I DID receive a callback after approximately a half hour, by a very helpful person who even took the time to direct me to another place. You see the photos..... someone has SKILLS, and they have helpful employees, too.

Before and after photos attached. Brian, Matt and Team removed the old patio and blacktop and built the custom heated pool with jacuzzi and waterfall, the outdoor grilling area, travertine patio areas and sport turf along with the privacy fence and landscaping. Great project all around!

As if moving to a new house wasn't stressful enough, my backyard was more weeds than grass, with a steep hill that made mowing (more like weed whacking) a nightmare. While we all tend to have grand visions given a blank canvas, admittedly I was mostly uninspired until my neighbor started his backyard project with Peaceful Ponds. Looking at their backyard with envy, I lamented both that my yard was a disaster, and that an elaborate water-featured oasis was nowhere in my budget. My neighbor encouraged me to reach out to Brian anyway. Brian was very responsive, respecting that I may need to grow into some aspects of the plan, like owning the work to create a lush lawn myself. We talked through a plan for my backyard that was a classic transition from my neighbor's yard, low maintenance, and afforded me the opportunity to have my own garden sanctuary (without living in the shadow of my neighbor). Brian and his team were efficient, flexible with last minute changes, and I am so glad I took my neighbor's advice!!

We were one of the first Peaceful Ponds customers 15 years ago...Brian designed and built the larger water feature below at that time. Since then, he has serviced it as needed and recently we asked him to create a smaller feature on the other side of our pool. The smaller feature below is what he created. Brian is passionate about his creations and the quality of the final project. He is happy to get input from the customer and together determine the best outcome. Our next door neighbor has a large and intricate water feature that he designed and they are also really pleased with the results and the service! I'm glad we made this choice 15 years ago!! The sound of the water and the visual impact of the features make you feel like you have gone to a resort!

Peaceful Pond did an excellent backyard patio including a waterfall flowing into a pond, fire pit, and yard lights.They were attentive to are request for minor adjustments as well as initial planning. Workmanship was outstanding and I highly recommend them.

I have been discussing with Brian ways to fix my existing pond (he did not build the first one). He worked with me for several months until I was ready to move forward. He was always easy to reach and eager to answer my questions. Compared to other pond builders I spoke with, Peaceful Ponds gave me the most value for what I wanted. Once on his schedule, Brian kept me updated and even was able to start early. He went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy with the final result. He came out several times after the build was completed to make sure we were happy and we knew how to work the new system. Brian ended up fixing all my drainage issues and converted a very dirty koi pond into a clear salt pool. It looks great!! I highly recommend him to anyone. Both Brian and his staff are very friendly and very professional. Brian completed our project on time and before a party we were having.

I don’t even know where to start…it has taken me a couple months to provide this review because I have been so consumed by enjoying the masterpiece that Brian and him team constructed for our family. His vision, which considered all the components we asked for, was unbelievable. They started on schedule and delivered on time. It was a daily transformation where I couldn’t wait to see what they had accomplished. His team was meticulous and creative. They turned rocks 360 degrees to get the best angles, they provided design ideas that could only come after years of practice, and they spread the mulch to cover every nook. Each day they left the project clean and once it wrapped up, they covered their tracks to regrow grass and reduce runoff. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this team and company. If you have the chance to revamp your space, I highly recommend Peaceful Ponds. They listen, execute flawlessly, and do so with a profound passion for their craft.

This is a much-belated review for the backyard transformation that Brian, Brannon and their crew created for us several years ago. We had envisioned a little Zen garden with a small water feature in a part of our yard that has a downward slope, amidst the cover of several mature trees. Brian is a master visionary, so once he saw the layout of our yard, he knew exactly what would bring beauty, peace and serenity to our living space. His crew created a stunning water feature, in addition to removing our old, weathered deck and replacing it with a lovely patio. Brannon was our on-site manager, and he couldn't have been better. He was kind, respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. Our backyard continues to be our happy place, to where we retreat for a sense of calm. The sound of gently flowing water is unmatched in how it soothes the spirit, and watching the birds bathe in the water feature brings extra joy and involuntary smiles. Thank you, Peaceful Ponds, for creating the Zen we were seeking.

We wanted a backyard that is wheelchair-friendly and low maintenance. Brian and Brannon were immediately full of ideas. They created a beautiful living space with a wide flagstone walkway, a patio, a gurgling waterfall and new landscaping, plus the "foundation" of renovated drainage and irrigation systems. They and their crew were always a delight to work with. We couldn't be more pleased.

Peaceful Ponds gave us a fantastic backyard. Brian and his guys are wonderful! They built a waterfall, fire pit and an extensive patio and walkway throughout our back yard. Landscaping was also great. Their attention to detail throughout the project was amazing! Very conscientious of keeping things clean. All of Brian's crew was extremely hard workers and always on time. Very professional. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. The project has turned out beautiful and we are enjoying it everyday.

Brian and his team are wonderful to work with. Brian will over deliver. My swim pond is amazing. The backyard transformation including re locating trees, shrubs and included a waterfall, lighting and soft scape.
