I have been receiving cleaning services from The Cleaning Authority for the past 5 years. The work is always exceptional but today was a special day. There was recently work done in my home where drywall needed to be replaced and sanded, resulting in dust on every single surface in my home. I called Cameron to explain what occurred and he scheduled a special cleaning to remove all the dust. When I came home from work, I fell to my knees and cried. My home looked clean, smelled fresh, and every particle of dust was gone! The crew did an amazing job and I am so grateful that I can now come home and breathe clean air! Thank you, Cleaning Authority!

Crystal and Selam did an excellent job at our house on January 21. They were prompt, pleasant, efficient, and quite thorough. We would be most pleased if they became our regulars please pass on our satisfaction and thanks.

Another great cleaning by The Cleaning Authority - South Charlotte. I had to run out for a bit and when I got home everything was completed and gave me a smile! I haven't ever had a complaint.

Great job today.. Kitty, Chrystal, Selam and Kitty came in with smiles, and got right to work . They did a terrific job and checked with us to see if there was anything extra we wanted attention paid to. They left the house super clean They can come back any time.

Often I’m working in my office while they clean and then they let themself out when they’re done with no interruptions to me. Still fairly new to having the services of a cleaning crew, but so far we are very pleased. What prompted us to call on The Cleaning Authority was their rotation system where they do additional tasks in various parts of the house (which are on a rotating basis). After every cleaning a full page letter is left with the team’s names and a list of all additional tasks performed. All the cleaning people ask is that you provide a garbage bag. They bring everything else. Very happy with our choice.

Of all the team of cleaner that have come to my home Ana and Leyda have been the best! This is the second time they have come and I really wish they could come each time. They are so thorough and my home smells so fresh and clean when they leave. The teams composed of younger workers are okay but I've noticed that some spaces are not as clean or tidy ( especially bathrooms) as when Ana and Leyda finish. These ladies are rock stars!!

We had our first cleaning with The Cleaning Authority today, and our house looks amazing! We are so impressed with all the employees. Everyone has been so kind, friendly, and professional. I can’t recommend them enough. I’m so glad we decided to give ourselves the gift of The Cleaning Authority for Christmas. It is well worth the money!

On a side note, most smells bother my husband to the point of headaches especially cleaning products. However, the products used by The Cleaning Authority not only didn’t bother him, but he actually likes the scent—clean but not overpowering at all.

We are still in awww over our first cleaning experience with Cleaning Authority. The ladies the an excellent job and kindness went a long way with my husband and I. We are so excited to be regular every two weeks customers.

We have been so happy with the cleaning authority! They really are detail oriented and I love how responsive Cameron and Mackenzie both are. Today we had one of our best cleanings yet by Cheyenne and Alexis. I would highly recommend the cleaning authority to anyone looking for a great home cleaning company in the Charlotte area.
