We recently had our roof replaced and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The crew was professional, worked efficiently, and delivered great results. Everything was completed on schedule, and their attention to detail really showed. The cleanup was just as impressive, our property looked spotless when they were done. We would definitely recommend them!

I’ve had the pleasure of sharing customers through the years with SeaThru. We worked with Sea Thru this past autumn to replace our 25 year old deck in Nags Head. Our project turned out to be more extensive than we first believed because of the Town's requirements. Luckily for us, Sea Thru kept us apprised of the progress and walked us through understanding the changes we had to make. The work quality is top-notch and every concern we had was answered quickly and professionally.

We have been very happy with Sea Thru Construction for all our renovations, repairs and inspections/ hurricane preps. Buddy is friendly, honest and listens to our needs and requests. We have used them for a variety of projects including a media room renovation , door and window replacement, roof repairs , carpeting, hardwood floors refinishing , deck inspections and hurricane preps to list a few. They keep us updated and are always very communicative. Their staff is super friendly and follows through on requests. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for their excellent work, great employees and a personal touch.

I would just like to write and say how great Sea Thru construction is. From the very first project which was a foundation repair, piering /underpinning to repairing rot around the exterior of my home including beautiful new steps off my front deck and new windows and doors.
Showing up within hours recently to assess and repair a broken water line outside. Isaiah is great. Answered my call, repairs done within hours. Ben met with my insurance claims adjuster regarding my roof and made that process so much easier for me. Kristy in the office has a wonderful demeanor and is always so helpful.
My roof is next and with their quality and experience I know I'm in good hands.

When we encountered an issue with our backup heat system, it was finally resolved after we went with Anderson Heating and Cooling. They are always courteous, professional and on time! Gil, Amy and Jeff were all very helpful in getting our heat functioning properly. We will always recommend them and it was a pleasure to have them work in our home.

Great service. During mid summer heat, I expected a several day wait to have our HVAC equipment serviced and a couple of minor issues fixed. Anderson was here in only a couple of days, fixed our problems and serviced both units for a very reasonable price. 5 stars to the service tech, Jeremy who was very professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend Anderson Heating and Cooling.

I called Anderson Heating and Cooling to fix a leak I had in my air handler. They sent someone who said the coil needed to be cleaned. The bill ended up being $477, $350+ to clean the coil and unclog the line. It turns out, this was not the problem, as it continued to leak. I called to tell them that the leak had not resolved and asked if I would be charged again for them to come again to fix it. The receptionist said I would not. A second person came out and cleaned the coil again. He checked the unit outside and found out that the system was riding 32 degrees and that the coil needed to be replaced. The first person who came misdiagnosed why I had a leak. I obviously would not pay over $350 to clean a coil that I was going to replace anyway. The second guy who came was knowledgeable and able to diagnose what was actually wrong. Even though the receptionist said I would not get charged, I got a second bill for $105.68 for a diagnostic. I already paid $477.70 to get my unit misdiagnosed and have something done that did not fix the problem (still leaks badly) and that I would not have done had I gotten the correct diagnosis. Now I am expected to pay even more money! I should get a refund for my first bill.

Great service. Complete diagnostic. Repaired air handler leak when another company couldn't find where it was leaking from. We called the 800 number on the unit to check the warranty and they recommended Anderson.

The young man from Anderson was knowledgeable, polite and fast, and we quickly had heat that wouldn’t shut off every time the temperature dropped. He also found a problem we didn’t know we had. The price was very reasonable and the response remarkably fast. They were able to send someone out the same day.

Very positive experience, the technicians showed up when they said they would, gave a clear and detailed explanation of what was needed, (basically eveything) gave detailed quotations with various pricing options. The install itself was very smooth, they were careful, tidy and friendly. I have no issues recommending this company.

Anderson has taken care of us since we purchased our home in 2021. They serviced our 20 year old units until it was time for an upgrade. After dispatching Jeremy out to save us on Christmas eve from having a frigid Christmas morning we decided is was time to upgrade. Bobby, Wes and Aaron Installed our new higher efficiency units quickly and painlessly. They were also able to correct temperature control issue that had plagued our FROG since we moved in. As an added bonus we have seen a dramatic decrease in our power consumption and bill since installing the new equipment.
