I was delighted with the service we received from Chimney Sweep & Repair Service. We had a really bad experience with another company late last year and were a little scared to try again… but, Chimney Sweep & Repair Service did not disappoint! They are professional, affordable, and super friendly!

Chimney Sweep & Repair Service nailed my chimney repair! They were lightning-fast, super affordable, and did an incredible job fixing everything perfectly. Couldn't ask for better service-definitely recommend them!

They did a great job, took much less time than I had anticipated as well.

This was a disaster from the beginning. They say cleaning starts at $100 but that went to $400 immediately when the technician arrived due to the height of our chimney. I was ok with that but they only could clean half of the chimney but still charged $400. They go their tools stuck in the chimney multiple times (not their fault our house is older) but they needed trash bags to help with keeping the soot from going all over the place. As soon as they started to clean the house filled up with soot. So I have been cleaning up the mess for hours. Oh they also prompted for a TIP when I went to pay .

The half that was cleaned is still completely dirty, like nothing was done. Feel like this is a company that just gets a little commission for finding the work and sends out random people in the area. My receipt came from a random gmail account (assuming the technician). I should of been patient and waited for a call back from a more reputable company with more reviews.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service! From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the staff was friendly and professional, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. Team arrived promptly the day of service and provided me with clear explanations and advice for maintaining my chimney. I appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took in my home to keep everything clean and tidy.

I had a fantastic experience with Chimney Sweep! I initially reached out to get our dryer vent cleaned. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very friendly, and I was able to get the cleaning booked quickly. They did a great job cleaning the vent. Everything was taken care of professionally and efficiently. We learned there were some further repairs that would be needed, and they were able to take of those in a follow-up visit. Once again, scheduling was easy, the work was professional and efficient, and I feel much more at ease knowing that our dryer system is now functioning as it should! Highly recommend to anyone looking for these services. We also asked to get our chimney cleaned on the revisit, and everything went well with that work as well.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS IS A SCAM. They basically stole nearly $2,000 from me. Worst experience I have ever had. They outsourced to an LLC called 5 star duct cleaning aka FSD. They clearly had no expertise and left my chimney very dirty and in complete disrepair. They coated the firebox in a “crack repair” that flaked after one light fire. The cap they upsold me does not fit and looks like a toddler attached it with play dough since there is concrete all over the chimney and shingles. I called back trying to have them back out to fix the damage and they said they would need to talk to “management.” I have called back 10 times over the following weeks but they have ignored my call every time. I should have read all of the reviews because this same experience has been documented multiple times.
