I have used kitchen & bath galleries multiple times for more than one home. I just had a recent issue that was related to poor manufacturer design and KandB galleries has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of!! I will continue to use them as they also have the best options and extremely helpful staff, specifically Shaq!!

The folks at Kitchen & Bath Galleries have been trusted partners of mine since the late nineties. They’re careful attention to details, thoughtful design, and craftsman like installation is rare to find in today’s cabinet companies. Their expertise extends well beyond just cabinets. They also offer stylish countertops, appliances a chef would covet, beautiful tile, and fine plumbing products. Being a residential home builder, I’ve teamed up with K&B Galleries on many projects, including my own home renovation, over the years and they’ve always exceeded expectations.

We used Kitchen & Bath Galleries to remodel our outdoor kitchen. Their employees were very knowledgeable and helped us to select the best outdoor-friendly products for our project. The materials were delivered and installed in a timely fashion. The finished product is even nicer than we had expected. I highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Galleries. We could not be happier with the finished product!

Great customer service personnel experience. Our consultant(Val) was awesome. Other consultants were very friendly and informative.

The service, communications and timeliness was poor. I paid and ordered a high end Dishwasher and it took over two months for it to finally get installed in my home. When purchased, I was given dates it would be in and installed. I understand manufacturing and shipping delays, but was what entirely unacceptable was the total lack of communication and caring. If I did not call K&B Galleries, I never heard from them. I never received a proactive communication, and often never got called back when promised. I finally escalated the situation from my salesman (who was not proactively helpful or caring) to his boss, and never got a call back from the boss. Miraculously, the DW finally appeared after the escalation call. The installation was great...but it was done by an outside contractor and not K&B Galleries company/personnel. Stay away if your looking for great service and caring.

We used k&b for our bathrooms remodels 5 years ago so we decided to use them again for our kitchen remodel with excellent results. Ask for Ida. She’s a great designer. Shaw and Nick also know their stuff on appliances. If you go to the showroom and don’t get any help, keep trying.

We purchased all of our kitchen appliances with Shaq, who patiently helped us pick the best models for us, as well as answering all of my questions. Our house took longer than we planned to be ready for installations, but Shaq worked with us by extending the delivery date multiple times. Today Mark and his co-worker (sadly I forgot his name) came back just to install our fridge, again, after a very long wait. The install guys (they also delivered it months prior) were friendly, careful and knowledgeable about my questions regarding the product. We haven’t used anything yet, but as far as purchasing, delivery and installing, we had a great experience.

Frank and Keith removed our 18 year old 48” refrigerator/freezer and replaced it with a new one. They were very professional, friendly and took great care in the process protecting our floors and walls. I highly recommend Kitchen and Bath Galleries and their delivery team. Great to also work with Shaquille Smith(Appliance Specialist) on helping us make the right decision on our purchase.

K&B was recommended to us by another happy customer and we are thrilled with our whole kitchen remodel plus laundry, pantry and 2 guest baths. We will use again for remaining bath remodeling. Thanks Ida!

Shaq at the Glenwood location helped me when my range stopped working. Everyone else in town needed three months to deliver a new one, but he was able to get me my dream Viking range in less than two weeks. Install was super easy, everyone was very professional and helpful, and I was able to complete the whole transaction over the phone. 10/10 recommend!!

We recently had our master bathroom remodeled and we couldn't be happier. Cynthia and her team were able to guide us to a design that perfectly suited the space in look and functionality. They also recommended an excellent contractor who carried out the work professionally and efficiently. Our new bathroom is more like a spa. We love it!

We purchased our appliances for our kitchen remodel from K&B Galleries last year. Our salesperson, Shaq, helped us throughout the selection process and kept us up to date along the way. K&B Galleries handled the installation of our built in Sub Zero fridge/freezer and Wolf range. All of the work was done perfectly and we had no problem registering our extended warranty and promotional rebates. We thought there was a small issue with our fridge (there wasn't), and Shaq was quick to have someone come take a look. Overall, it was an awesome experience and we will definitely work with K&B and Shaq again in the future. Thank you!

I don't have sufficient superlatives to describe our experience working with Kim Kruskamp and Kitchen & Bath Galleries. We remodeled two bathrooms and only had vague ideas of what we wanted. Kim steered us in the right direction every step of the way. She took our vague ideas and turned them into beautifully executed reality. Everything was handled professionally with a solid dose of kindness and patience.

We bought a Wolfe dual-fuel range. We had an excellent experience. The salesman (Val) was very knowledgeable, and explained the features and comparisons with other brands. The range came in earlier than anticipated, and the installation went perfectly smoothly, and they took the old range away. We're very happy, and will be doing business with K&B Galleries in the future.

We remodeled our home in 2019, including our kitchen, which my wife had a vision for a modern style. Christy Rosario helped us design our new cabinets with the space we had available and the team at Kitchen & Bath were instrumental in finding the appliances to match our cabinet design and installed all of our cabinets and appliance on time during our complete remodel reconstruction. They were "spot on" with their recommendations and provided excellent service. Kitchen & Bath Galleries has Superior Service in our opinion compared to all other business vendors in North Carolina. They have a great team to help you build your dream kitchen & bathrooms in your new or remodeled home!!

I'm very pleased with the service received at Kitchen & Bath Gallery. The showroom was filled with options and Nick was very patient with my questions and printing out specs to help me decide. The refrigerator and range were delivered and installed the same day by Chris and Shawn. They were efficient and thoughtful in installing new appliances as well as moving old refrigerator out to garage. I highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Gallery.

I could not be any happier with the job they did for me. I have worked with many companies over the years and Kitchen & Bath Galleries are on a different level than all of them. The service was excellent. The product lines were endless. Their knowledge was amazing. Their interest in making sure my budgeted amount was met was wonderful. From the showroom floor....to the measuring trips to my house...to the install, they were as professional as it gets. I would recommend them to anyone that wants an excellent product for a fair price while working with professional people. As you can see, I work with about every department they had. We would not use anyone else!!

Was asked to pay 300.00 for design services And after paying $300, there was a big delay of hearing Back. After receiving a very bland concept the cabinets came in significantly over budget without recommendations on how to proceed, but was then was asked to provide a significantly larger deposit with no clear sign as to what we were even doing or where we were going with the cabinets. I really cannot recommend this company at all. I had a chance to interview several other cabinet companies that felt much more professional. I requested to have my $300 returned and they would not. Very frustrating very disappointing Experience.

I had a fridge issue in a new-build house and was a bit lost about where to go for service. Val took the time to listen to my problem, diagnose the likely issue from photos and then refer me to the right people who could get the issue fixed. He spent a fair amount of time solving this problem and getting me pointed in the right direction - all just to provide good service. I'll definitely be headed to this location next time I need a new appliance since I know I can trust them.
