Glad that we had find that they are very rude to respond customers in the very first meeting itself. I wish I could have recorded that meeting to post it here. He literally said that they have lot of works and do not answers to questions or else pay 25k for deposit. Didn't even ask what we are looking for. If you have 25k to pay to talk to these guys, go ahead and use their service

ICG Homes built my dream home, the entire team were professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them as a custom builder.

High end pricing with very low end craftsmanship and attention to detail. Walked away from a contract on a house in Wake Forest because of the shoddy workmanship. After discovering an issue with kitchen cabinetry, which initially they refused to fix, I negotiated where I would pay for half of the cost to make right. The fix looked worse than the original issue. After further inspection, I found beams on the living room ceiling that were haphazardly installed and not at all symmetrical with the surrounding fixtures, fireplace, etc. I found that the garage door headers were 2 different heights, almost 3'' different. I just had to stop looking. These things couldn't be fixed and were an eyesore. If Harry Homeowner built a house, it would be this one.

We built our prior home so we knew what to expect when building a home. It is not an easy task for everyone involved since timely communication and no supply issues are critical. From the beginning, our contact, Don Fraley, kept us up to date from choosing a Lot to construction completion and move in. Ryan Perry, ICG CEO, took my calls in the process and always was available in the process.
The BIG SECRET that ICG has is their "White Glove" service to get the last 5% completed and punch list items corrected the right way by "White Glove" CHIP HAVER. Chip made things right no matter how small the issue. ICG is fortunate have such a secret weapon unlike any other builder in this market. A true and proud craftsman he is. Thank you, Chip!

Would not recommend. We purchased a new ICG home in 2023 and quickly discovered they use subpar contractors at best. After closing, there were numerous issues that still needed addressing but of course it was the various contractors who needed to fix things. ICG provided no follow up once the home is sold. It quickly becomes obvious you are just a number and they couldn’t care less once they have your money.

The home that ICG built for us exceeded our expectations. Everything about the house was perfect. In fact, it was almost impossible for us to find anything for the punch list. Attention to detail is a high priority for this builder.

Our desire for a different setting eventually lead us to ICG once again. Ryan showed us lots that he had available in Prescott Manor and soon the custom build process started. We now have another incredible ICG home!

Chip and Tony are fabulous on the warranty items and have great pride in seeing any issues resolved.

The lot we really wanted had an ICG sign on it, so we contacted Mike, selected our perfect plan from their website, and proceeded to a contract. We had built multiple houses in the past, so we knew exactly what we wanted this time. Mike, Don, and Phil were agreeable to all our requests (even the oddball ones), and gave great advice on many options and details. Stacey and Liz could not have been more helpful during selections. It is said that the house building process is a series of compromises, but not in our case. The ICG team went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the results, from start to finish, and that is an understatement. Honestly, there is not one change we would make to our new home.
