Can not say enough good things about Alex and this company! If you need an electrician they are the best! Professional, reasonable and quick to respond!! Would give them 10 stars if possible!

I had a great experience working with Alex Bell, the owner of Bell Tower Electric. From the very beginning, Alex demonstrated honesty, integrity, and professionalism. He was upfront about pricing—no surprises or hidden fees—which made the process straightforward and stress-free.

I hired Bell Tower Electric for both interior and exterior electrical work. The interior work was meticulous—clean, precise, and clearly done with great attention to detail. The initial exterior work, however, didn’t match what we had discussed. I sent Alex a few pictures, and to his credit, he responded immediately and sent someone out to fix the issue. The job was corrected quickly and done exactly as we had originally agreed.

That kind of accountability and follow-through is rare these days. Alex communicates clearly, honors his word, and stands behind his work. Despite the hiccup, the final results were excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bell Tower Electric. The quality of work, combined with Alex’s character and commitment to doing things right, really set him apart.

SHOWED up at the time they said, worked very efficiently, neat, and they knew their stuff!!! Both men were not just professional, knowledgeable but the were so kind taking the time to talk with my mom (92 yr) about how they were making her house safer for her.

Technician Gage texted ahead his ETA and arrived at stated time. He swapped out 2 pendent lights over the kitchen island in a timely manner. He was neat, courteous and it was nice to talk to a veteran as I am.

Bell Tower Electric have provided our electrical services for a few years and they are wonderful! Prices have been very reasonable, the work has been great, and they’re very knowledgeable. I also appreciate how easy they’ve been to work with — good quotes, they let us know when they’ll arrive, they arrive on time, and they’re all-around just nice folks to deal with. The most recent project included installing some new outlets, a new ceiling fan, repairing some outlets (homeowner project that went awry), and they even advised on options when I asked for their expertise. It’s a small, family-owned & operated business, too. They installed our electric car charger a few years back and it’s been perfect. Highly recommended.

Alex is the best he is sent From heaven I called from Atlanta Ga because google recommended Bell Tower Electric as the best close to me for some reason i didn’t know it was in North Carolina. But Alex did the job over the phone without even Coming in Person when he found out I was in Ga. He definitely knows what he is doing thanks for the Amazing and kind help i learned a lot. Might as well learn How to be an Electrician myself Lol.

The work has been beyond proficient (inspections passed without need for reinspection & wiring is tidy and neat). The team is professional, courteous and deliver excellent customer service. We called Mr. Sparky for a dryer outlet and cord repair. Josh and Pilar sat down with us first and showed us exactly what the repair would cost. They were courteous, skilled professionals. They showed us the bad outlet and replaced it, then showed us the burned out plug and explained why it happened. After replacing those items, they made certain the dryer worked perfectly before they left and the work is 100% guaranteed.
