Jose was very easy to work with and has a great team! We wanted to extend our pre-existing deck and are very happy with the results. We hoped to reuse the railing and they took the extra time to make it happen. His crew is very professional and experienced. They cleaned the worksite each day and did a fantastic job with our project. I highly recommend Affordable Fences and Decks!

Jose was excellent to work with! He and his team removed old chain link from our property, and installed a beautiful semi privacy fence in our back yard. They also installed 2 gates that are dramatically easier to use than what was there! Jose checked in with me for every aesthetic choice, and put up with me when I changed my mind back and forth :) I am so happy with the results and plan to use Affordable when it is time to do my deck!

Jose was awesome to work with. He arrived on time and gave me a great price. He explained the differences in the types of wood and price. He was able to start within a week and got the fence completed in 3 days. Absolutely beautiful work I would highly recommend these guys!!!

Fantastic to work with Mr Jose from start to finish. On time for estimate, replied the next day, quote was professional, had good advice as to a couple of questions I had on how to best route the fencing. Crew was tidy and efficient, and they showed up on time and actually finished the job 3 days early!!! Will use them again this summer on a deck job!

Jose installed my wooden privacy fence previously which was great. This time I asked him to stain it and screen in my covered patio. I am thrilled with the work he’s done. Everything looks so good. He communicated well. Showed up on time. Finished quicker than planned. Was very kind throughout the process. One hiccup of a screen door purchased that I didn’t love and I just shared my thoughts with Jose, we determined there was a miscommunication about this and he quickly returned the door and installed the one I liked best. Overall a great experience. I will be calling Jose for a 3rd job, once I figure out what I want to do next. You won’t be disappointed!

Jose gave was quick and responsive when giving a quote for extending a wooden privacy fence. After accepting the estimate the project grew to include our neighbor's property as well as adding a chain link fence to our rental property down the street. He was communicative throughout the planning process and on site for much of the installation. We would happily recommend Affordable Fences & Decks for a great price, quick scheduling, and good communication.

From start to finish this was a great process. Jose arrived on time for us to review the vinyl fence project, and the estimate arrived when he said. For some reason I didn’t receive it in my gmail so I reached out and they resent it. The materials arrived very quickly, and they started work the next day. Jose was there when the materials arrived. They took about two days to complete our beautiful fence.
Also checked in with me to communicate if there were any questions or updates. I found him very easy and nice to talk to.
*One more thing of note in why we chose this company. We received two estimates from two well rated companies and out of the gate Affordable Fences and Decks gave the better price and didn’t play games.

Jose and crew dropped our existing (20+year) deteriorating deck to install a sturdier code compliant deck in advance of an impending ice storm. Lag bolts instead of only nails now support the railings with additional bracings to 6x6 posts distribute loads better and allow for more accessable storage space underneath. Great Job!
