We've had ETM for two years now. So far it's been a good experience. Although all the technicians are good Drew is our normal guy. He's always professional and courteous. Takes time to answer questions and knows what our goals are. Just this week he came out in the pouring rain and got the application in. I would have expected someone to cut corners but he was still as attentive as normal. Thanks Drew!

Our service technician Duane did a good job and was promptly responsive to addressing a potential problem. Genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction. A++.

TLDR: If you are a homeowner in Raleigh, look elsewhere for a lawn care company. Awful service, awful communication.

I chose Eastern Turf in 2021, in the beginning they did a good job of caring for my zoysia in front and fescue in back. The service associate would knock and let me know they are there and also give me information on what they were doing. Starting in 2022 the service went downhill. They would come out, never knock on the door (I work from home so always here) and would only treat the front part of my lawn (ignoring the side and back yard). Weeds have become greater than before I started to use them. About a month ago a new route manager informed me that the previous service provider missed alot. Nothing got better with the new route manager. Even after multiple calls and emails i did not receive any service calls even though the "Happier" plan included them.

They don't care for their smaller customers and homeowners are a waste of their time. I've attached some photos of my current lawn and just so you know they were at my house about 2.5 weeks ago and did nothing for this.

Makiah was friendly (with our dog, too) and informative about the treatment he was about to apply to the lawn. He then went to work and did a careful and thorough job of treating our lawn.

James communicated with me clearly and arrived promptly. He took care of my trees and shrubs and I hope to see good results in Spring.

ETM has always provided great service. Constant communication and information to make sure you know what’s happening and when. My lawn has never looked better.

My lawn tech Drew does a great job. He's always courteous and let's me know if he sees any problems with the lawn. We always get compliments on our lawn. Thanks for your exlent work.

Working with Eastern Turf has been great and we are seeing a difference in our lawn. Brionna is also great, very nice, and does a good job explaining what is being applied and what it will do.

Bri has been great. She notifies me before coming and is quick with answers and explanations if requested. Lawn was looking rough when we moved in but is now looking great.

I watched my service provider on Ring cameras perform service on 3,600 square feet and ignore the front and side lawns, 6,200 square feet. But my bill reflected 10,000 square feet of service. When I called to question this, they didn't seem to care and I canceled my account. Then I got a pissed-off call from the guy who serviced my lawn (which I did not request), trying to justify the lack of work done on my property. I am still waiting on a call from the 'office manager' about making this right, but I doubt that will come.
Attached is an image from the untreated portion of the property, that was nice green grass a year ago (and 1,500 bucks ago) and now it's not doing so well, I wonder what it would have looked like had it been properly serviced!!!

Lamont always does a great job and truly cares about my lawn. He is friendly and goes above and beyond each time. Thank you ETM my lawn is looking better each time!

I had Eastern Turf Maintenance (ETM) apply a fungicide this summer after I was lead to believe that it would keep my grass green all season, but it turned brown. After speaking with the manager, I was assured that the grass would recover after areation and seeding. 3 weeks after that service, I still have a brown lawn and now I'm out close to $600. How does ETM stay in business? I had very few issues with my old lawn service (Nutri- Lawn) and since they were bought out by ETM, I've had nothing but poor service, empty promises, a brown lawn and an empty bank account.

ETM has been a huge boost to the health of our lawn! Every year we lost large parts of grass under previous lawn management companies. Ryan was great with aeration and overseeding today. I look forward to seeing the yard next year.

Marcus and the ETM team are great. They have been performing weed control and fertilizer on my lawn for over 5 yrs. I rarely see any weeds in my Bermuda lawn and over all it looks healthy and great!

Robert contacted me 1 day in advance of the service. He was here when expected and performed the appropriate applications to my lawn. Rang the doorbell and left the paperwork on what was completed today.
