👎I bought an AC UNIT for my condo on (3rd level) April 2021. 1) When you guys put it in; you put it in wrong so the water drained from the AC to the ceiling & walls of the ppl below me. IT WAS A MESS! It has never cooled properly! 2) Called guys back. Tells me it need a compressor. For a “brand new unit” now. The guy says sometimes we get a bad one in the bunch. I don’t wanna hear that🤬He comes put the compressor in; say give it 2-3 hrs. to cool the house should be fine. “NOT COOLING”! Call em back. Guy says it needs “another compressor”He comes back put in “another compressor”. “STILL NOT COOLING”🤬Call em back. This time it needs an evaporating copper coil. The one that’s there is too small. So he orders a copper coil from LENNOX. Should you have know this before you put it in. Your the AC guy; right?? I mean at this point I feel like I’m paying for a used product. Why should I be paying for $11,000 for something that hasn’t worked properly since installing. I think you should at least cut the price in 1/2 if not all of it!! All the while it’s “HOT AS HELL” in my condo. I’ve talked the COOL AIR til I’m blue in the face 😡I’ve talked to GREEN SKY & LENNOX! I’M SO DONE @ THIS POINT!🤬
