Steve was prompt and timely. He came out and quickly diagnosed the problem was efficient, walked a step-by-step of everything that he was doing. He quickly let us know that it was just our thermostat and fix the problem. They weren't no upcharge or sales tactics, he was very trustworthy and I definitely use them again.

Things I noticed. Accurate website, prompt follow up to all calls or emails, a true evaluation of my home to ensure they spec the right system and duct work, fair pricing, quality workmanship, quality control appointment after install.

The Technician Ean from Custom Heating &Air was very professional and took time to answer any questions I had.He was prompt ,ontime getting to me and took His time. I'll definitely ask for Him here on out and recommend Him to New Customers.

This is a reputable company and we have been using them for years. Parker was our technician today and did a terrific job troubleshooting an issue we had, and resolving it.

New construction build. Moved in during a hot stretch and was noticing that the condo was not cooling evenly. Reached out to Lorraine who was able to get us scheduled for an air balance within days while also helping with the product registration and my concerns regarding access of the Furnace and Gas Coil. From the very beginning everyone was on top of this. They were able to help identify the serial and product numbers on file that in turn the technicians were able to confirm without me having to haul up through an opening designed for a circus performer. The technicians were both extremely pleasant, timely and professional. Quite simply, they resolved an issue and alerted me to a more significant one in a timely manner allowing me to resolve it within the first 30 days of moving in. This entire visit from scheduling, updated communication and through completion was seamless and I will not hesitate to call on them again in the future.

Custom Air Conditioning is an extremely customer focused company. Our air went out late afternoon into early evening, no longer blowing cold air. I requested an appointment online for the next day and was contacted by Kenzee within a few minutes to schedule/confirm the appointment. And all this was done at about 10:45 PM!

The next day, Stephen Davis, the service technician called to tell me he was on his way, and arrived exactly when he said he would. Stephen is very professional, friendly and personable. He diagnosed the problem very timely, explained the repair needed and the associated cost, and fixed it. In and out within 45 minutes to an hour.

Can't say enough good about Stephen and Kenzee! Great at their jobs of taking care of the customer. Thank you. Highly recommend Custom Air to anyone considering who to use for AC services.

Ean was wonderful. He discovered the reason why the front of my new home was cold in winter and too warm in summer. During construction the vents in the attic had been stepped on and were closed. He also showed me how to operate a complicated thermostat. Thank you Ean. When I call for winterization in the fall I will definitely ask for you.

Custom Air Conditioning is now my go to Heating and Air Company. This family business truly treats you like family . They care about their customers, are very knowledgeable, accomodating, hard working, very fair priced and don't try to push something on you that you don't need. They saved me hundreds of dollars in the Spring over my indifferent , pushy former air service company. And the quality of work was so good, I signed up for their maintenance program.. The Fall maintenance was this week and the technician was Ean. I'm retired but this young man instantly became my friend. He serviced my two mini split systems and furnace. I can honestly say that Ean was simply the best technician to ever set foot in my house. He was very cordial, totally knowledgeable, and professional in every way. He disassembled the mini splits , cleaned all the parts, ran efficiency tests, purged the lines, assembled them back all before my coffee went cold! We have had to bump the thermostat 3 degrees because they are running so much better. My wife and I simply looked at each other with our mouths open in amazement as our former Air company's maintenance just basically cleaned the filters. I will ask for Ean to be our technician from now on and Custom Air is the only company we will call to take care of our heating and air needs. If you want a top notch company you can count on to service your heating and air needs , then you should call Custom Air too. You will get unmatched quality service, a family atmosphere and very reasonably priced service.

Technician was Ean. He was very polite and very thorough in explaining what he would be checking on the heat unit.

Techs Ian & Parker completed the heat exchanger & inducer motor assembly replacement on my Carrier gas pack system today. They were on time & completed the repairs in the time estimated in the original quote. I was impressed with their skill & professionalism. My unit is back on line & best I can tell is working as it should.👍

I had EAN servicing my 2 heating units prior to the winter season, and he did a great job. I would recommend Ean anytime to anyone. He identified and fixed an issue with my AC unit while he was there, and Custom AC honored the warranty of my AC unit, that was installed by a different company as well.

Ean was absolutely fabulous and came out after hours when my upstairs AC was not working. He was fantastic explaining everything that had happened and fixed it and changed filters. Additionally, given that they have been out two weeks ago I was not charged. I was really impressed and Ean was fantastic and very helpful.

Ean did a wonderful job finding and fixing the problem with our first floor air conditioning unit! I called Custom Air in the morning and he was here by late afternoon. Same day service during a heat wave when I'm sure many people were calling for service was probably a benefit of having a service contract. We have been extremely pleased with this company since our home was build seven years ago.
