I've worked with Custom Air Conditioning for several years and year after year, I'm pleased with the technicians who come to my home to service and occasionally recommend a repair. They are always knowledgeable and pleasant, most recently Parker! Whenever I call the office with any questions about renewal contracts, services, scheduling support is responsive, most recently Cody! Great team to rely on.

Absolutely a great company! Our HVAC units were originally installed by Custom Air when the house was built in 2008 and we have continued to use them to maintain the system. Our home recently went on the market and our selling agent told us our upstairs AC unit was not cooling. I called on a Wed afternoon and they got us scheduled Fri 8am. The service technician, Max, showed up on time and quickly pinpointed a bad capacitor which he replaced (under warranty!). Within an hour, the house is back to feeling normal again! Thank you for your usual outstanding service!!!

Eon serviced our A/C unit today and he is professional, friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend this company and ask for Eon as he is fantastic!
The office staff (Kodi) is also helpful and wonderful, great and decent company.

I had a very good experience with Custom Air. Richard saw my situation and gave me his honest opinion on what was worth fixing vs replacing. His email communication was good and he was responsive to all my questions. The tech and helper that came to my house were extremely courteous to keep my place clean. They were all business replacing my evaporator and plenum (keeping the furnace and ducts). I felt the job was done to as good of a standard as I can imagine. They estimated 1/2 day job and were at my house from around 9am-2pm. No debris was left and my AC was fixed. The price was fair and I feel like Custom Air will stand by their work. I found them by searching Carrier's website for local companies. I have a Carrier Infinity system with 3 zones run by Carrier's zone control. I could tell that some of the other companies I had over were not as well versed.

These guys are incredible. I’ve used them a few times and they have done amazing work every time. Don’t use the companies you see on TV or advertise everywhere, those companies are clown shows.

Ean came out today and quickly diagnosed my issue, which was a short and a blown fuse, and he fixed it efficiently and for a great price.

amazing Crew knew everything about the products installed , knowledgeable cleaned up as if they were never here! All working fine, heat system so upgraded and efficient . A/C will know in the spring but sure will be super after set up end March / April 2026

They just came to replace a gas valve in our attic furnace. Ian was in and out in 45 minutes. We have used this company for about 15 years. They have done major and minor work.

We don’t do this for most companies but we signed up for twice yearly checkups every six months. Usually to check the system before using AC or heat. It’s turned out to be a good idea. They caught a small gas leak last time, turned off the gas line, ordered the part they needed and scheduled service. It was about two weeks to get the part. Once received they scheduled repair in a few days. A+++

Excellent and Professional Service

I recently had a new heat exchanger installed by Custom Air Conditioning and I couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. Adam and Thomas did an exceptional job. The installation was completed efficiently, neatly and to a very professional standard. Both were courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail clearly.

The workmanship was outstanding and they ensured the work area was spotless before leaving. Richard’s engagement throughout the process was excellent and the charges were reasonable. The level of customer service truly exceeded expectations.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Custom Air Conditioning and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors. It’s refreshing to see a company that takes genuine pride in delivering quality work and excellent customer care.
