He came in and solved my problem in just over an hour. He was very knowledgeable and did way more than I expected. He even gave me some discounts I didn't expect. Great guy. Wouldn't have anyone else work on my system.

Did an ok job and fixed what was wrong, but the guy was straight up rude and condescending the entire time.
Not sure if he was having a bad day or just doesn’t like customers asking questions to better understand how to prevent the same issue.
Just for the simple fact that he was not very nice compared the reviews listed, I won’t bother hiring him again. I’d rather pay my hard earned money to someone who actually cares.

Ed, called back within a couple of hours and set an appointment time and was on time. He discussed what was going on and how it needed to be address. I felt he was very honest and will have him back in the fall to check the system for heating season.
