He came in and solved my problem in just over an hour. He was very knowledgeable and did way more than I expected. He even gave me some discounts I didn't expect. Great guy. Wouldn't have anyone else work on my system.

Ed, called back within a couple of hours and set an appointment time and was on time. He discussed what was going on and how it needed to be address. I felt he was very honest and will have him back in the fall to check the system for heating season.

We've used Rainbow Services twice over the years, on two different units, and I won't use anyone else. He's fast, honest, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

After having my heat drop out intermittently, I had nearly lost all hope of finding an HVAC technician who could help me reach a solution. After having several local HVAC repair facilities at my home, none of them provided a fix and did not even come close to what Mr. Cline was able to do. Given the reviews here on Google, I reach out to Rainbow services in hopes of having this issue resolved. Post-visit status... I am glad I called and found THE HVAC repair technician I will still with for all HVAC-related needs.

Here are some points of interest for those deciding on whether or not to move forward with Mr. Cline and Rainbow Services:

1. Mr. Cline IS Rainbow Services... he picks up the phone, he talks with you directly, he comes to your home.
2. The experience, competency, and knowledge exemplified by Mr. Cline was far beyond any HVAC technician I have ever encountered. The simple fact alone of observing his interaction with and simultaneous discussion about the circuitry within and external to the furnace blew me away. I believe most HVAC technicians do not go as far or are as in-depth as Mr. Cline is regarding this point.
3. Via a systematic approach, Mr. Cline walked through diagnosing the problem and arrived at a solution in little time.
4. Being cost-minded, Mr. Cline field 2 calls to local parts stores for a replacement part. Being that this part was external to my furnace and was considered to be redundant, it was not required. The furnace itself already had a built-in mechanism that essentially served the same purpose.
5. Noting that the blower was not as strong as it could be (something I suspected at an earlier time, much before Mr. Cline's visit), Mr. Cline analyzed the capacitor associated with the blower and found it to not be running at a normal level. This was replaced with a part Mr. Cline had readily available on-hand.
6. After 1 hour of Mr. Cline's time, the cost was much lower than I anticipated. Even when I did not see the on-line coupon from Mr. Cline's/Rainbow Service's website, he added it into the invoice and informed me of the discount.

Needless to say, I am completely satisfied with the outcome of the services offered by Mr. Cline and Rainbow Services. He will be THE HVAC technician I call for any and all HVAC needs.

Search no more nor continue to read reviews for any other company or HVAC technician. You will be happy with what Mr. Cline can do for you.

Ed was great! Very nice guy and really takes the time to explain everything to you. Absolutely no pressure to perform any services that you don't need. I would highly recommend Rainbow Services, and will be calling them if I ever need any of their services in the future.

Like a breath of fresh air compared to how other services operate. Mr Cline was punctual and very knowledgeable as well as straightforward. He didn't try to up-sale me services like most sales/technicians from other companies. Definitely would recommend Rainbow Services to others.

Ed is honest, punctual and fairly priced. He is courteous and cleans up after every visit. He doesnt tack on unnecessary charges for both service and diagnosis calls. He is knowledgeable and clearly communicates information regarding your hvac.

I was extremely satisfied with Ed. Profession, timely and as good as it gets. 100% customer service oriented, which is what I value most and explains everything in detail and performs his work at a high level. I would recommend Rainbow Services.

Ed has extraordinary customer service. He is down to earth, and makes you feel comfortable. Most of these A/C guys are scammers and don't care about you. All they see is green but not Ed. He is personable and I definitely recommend him to everyone.

Ed has been great keeping our HVAC running despite its age. He's a straight shooter and I trusted him enough to recommend to my parents who continue to call him each year.

Our A/C blew hot air, and Rainbow Services came out and found the freon leak that was causing the problem. I don't know how prices compare, but he gave several big discounts and was friendly and polite. If I owned instead of renting I'd definitely call him back for any future problems.

I cannot believe how fortunate I am to have had Ed coming out to keep my poor old beat up A/C running well past its prime. I'm sure he has saved me thousands of dollars over the years. He talks to you like a real person and never looks for ways to overcharge like most larger corporate outfits do. I have not had a better experience with a serviceman/repairmen, would give 6 stars if it was possible!

Ed is straight forward and honest. His experience is excellent. His goal for me was to do the right thing. He found my problem quickly and only prescribed the best, most econonmical solution. On my 2nd unit he thought something was wrong and later realized that nothing was. He charge me absolutely nothing for this. This company (and Ed) are honorable based on my experience.

We are repeat customers with Rainbow Services and very glad to have found them. We were not satisfied with the previous HVAC service and were looking for an honest, straight-shooter. The heat went out and they came out within a few hours and fixed the problem. We have had similar excellent service in summer with the A/C. I don't write many reviews... this is probably only my second or third. I will recommend this service to anyone.

Our A/C stopped working last night. Did a quick web search and found Rainbow. I called in the morning and Ed could come in a couple of hours. Tried another company and they couldn't come till the next day. Ed showed up in an hour and half and fixed it very quickly and did a complete check of the system. It back and working great.

I called Rainbow Services on a Monday morning, my A/C broke the weekend before. Ed came over that day, about an hour after I called! It was mid-July and we were grateful for his prompt service. Everything was repaired very quickly, and Ed answered all my questions with precise detailed answers.
I would recommend Rainbow Services for all my friends and family!

Ed Cline is awesome! My A/C went out yesterday and Ed showed up first thing this morning. He had it fixed in less than an hour. This is the second time I have had Ed Cline work on my A/C system in the past 3 years. This time was due to a lightning strike. Ed is a very polite, honest and knowledgeable guy who is the only person from now on that I will trust to work on my system.

If you want personal care from an individual rather than a company (who will send out a different tech each time you make a call) and you want wisdom from an experienced provider and you want honesty, then Ed Cline is your guy! He came promptly on time to fix a clog that was causing water to fill the pan/tray beneath the AC unit in the attic. He jokingly told us he would love to charge us for some freon but we simply didn't need ANY and said other than the clog, our system was in great condition. Mr. Cline was not in a hurry and gave our system a thorough check. ALSO, he answers his own phone! That's a plus these days!

Do not hesitate to contact Ed. He is quick and concise: yet, communicates extremely well. He has taught me a great deal about HVAC during his visits. I have called on his expertise for my home's A/C and heating and also at my professional locations.

Absolutely awesome experience with this company. The previous company that came out said we had to replace the unit and there was ZERO feasible alternative. Well, my husband is a keen lie detector and even though the technician who came out seemed to exude integrity, it was not true. The man was LYING and making a special effort to rip us off. So Rainbow Services saved the day. The fellow didn't charge us anything beyond the service fee to come out and get everything running strong and smooth again. Will absolutely recommend to closest friends and family and to anyone who is sick of dealing with liars and con artists under a clean, corporate guise.
