so we have a medical office with about 4500 sq ft and the sanitization side of things is what matters most to us obviously. Next Level Cleans handles our cleaning and the restrooms specifically are on another level compared to what we were getting before. like the grout around the sinks and toilets stays white now, not that yellowish buildup we couldnt seem to get rid of. they also do our lobby and waiting area and the carpet in there gets vacuumed with what i think is a commercial grade machine because you can see the lines in the morning when we come in. the glass on our front doors and partition walls between exam rooms always looks clean, no streaks or fingerprint smudges. trash is always out, the little details like wiping down light switches and door handles which matters a lot in our setting. we've been on their schedule since october and i havent had to call about a missed visit or anything being off yet.

Getting started with them was straightforward. I filled out a form on their site and someone called me back the same day to talk through what we needed for our office space. They came by to do a walkthrough before giving us a quote, which I liked because it meant the price was based on what we actually needed rather than some generic estimate. The cleaning crew has been consistent since they started. Restrooms, break room, lobby area, it all gets handled on schedule. If I need to adjust anything I just text and it gets taken care of. Pretty easy experience overall.
