Worst customer service ever. We went through two different cleaning teams through Jan- Pro and neither did a good job. One resulted in $200 worth of damage in our space. Attached is a picture of the second cleaning. These were the floors the morning after they cleaned. We were able to get out of our contract but it took a lot of back and forth and we ended up having to pay for all previous cleaning jobs that weren't done correctly.

We used Jan Pro to deep clean our fellowship hall in Kings Mtn, NC. Pictures are in the comments. They were 2.5 hours late and still managed to be done at the same time they told me it would take them when they were going to arrive on time. I will not be using this company again; we could have more than what they did for free.

We requested them to clean the closed restaurant that we acquired. They cleaned the whole restaurant like a brand new restaurant including floors, walls, all equipment and walk-in refrigerator and stand alone refrigerators. Upon cleaning, we were surprised to see that the restaurant is ready to start from next day onwards

I used this company for construction cleaning. After reaching out to them they sent out an estimator within an hour. The next day they went to work, prompt completion and followed up with pictures. Fair prices, simple billing. If i build another store in the area I’ll be sure to use them again.
