Jan-Pro of Raleigh is an excellent company to start a cleaning franchise. The Management team is very supportive and will go above and beyond to make your business successful. I started a cleaning franchise in 2013 and still going strong.

I can't give them a rating. One star isn't worth a rate. The only reason I gave them one star is because it wouldn't let me post without a rating. This company's employees SUCK! Well the crew that comes to us. All they do is empty the trash and steal stuff that doesn't belong to them. Then have the AUDACITY to leave what they stole out on the shelf after they were done. They don't sweep, wipe anything down or mop. It must be nice to get paid to do absolutely nothing that you were hired to do. If I have to empty my own trash and sweep my own floor & clean the other areas they didn't clean, why hire a cleaning company to do it? Yet, Jan-Pro has the nerve to contact you about status of payment which they say isn't typical. I should've responded with, when we didn't get service and when can we expect better service which isn't typical? I would post some pictures, but I don't want to embarrass them. It's a shame that we have to clean up behind them the very next morning after they were here the night before. I guess they don't realize or don't care that we have cameras to show what they actually do from the time they walk through the door until the time they leave? Never have I ever had to call and complain about employees and the poor work that has been performed as much as I have called and complained about them. I CANNOT WAIT until our contract is over with them.
