Very professional ,friendly highly skilled company ,Great Service !

Incredibly rude!!!!! Jen was quite rude and her apology empty. After the landscapers ruined a FENCED-IN garden at a townhouse complex by dumping mulch on top of the ALREADY BLOSSOMING PLANTS, I called Tar Heel landscape. Although the words "I'm sorry" was said, Jen cut me off while speaking, the apology was empty and NOT sincere, and her tone was very much, "what do you want me to do about it?" Calling the President of the HOA to see if we can contract with a new company because this is the SECOND YEAR that the landscapers have done this! Let's not even go into how my husband had to stop one of them from blowing leaves on my clothes as he walked behind me with the leaf blower. THIS COMPANY, THE EMPLOYEES, AND THE OWNERS ARE JOKES! I can see why the rating is so low. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Single mom here. Just spent $60 on new solar lights to light up my pathway. The "employees" broke two of them, did not inform me, and stuck them back in the ground all crooked like I wasn't going to notice. Owner is very rude. Dude. Avoid this company at all costs. I'm renting so I have no choice.

Please avoid this company at ALL cost if you or your community is in need of landscaping. My community hired this outfit for our new community and it has been a nightmare dealing with them and especially the owner.
They make their own decisions and execute the work without any approval from the board, they carelessly damage the homes with their mowing equipment, repeatedly have damaged existing shrubbery and to top it off they won't even listen to community members when they call with a concern. The owner actually hangs up on the client!!
Landscaping companies are a DIME a DOZEN in the Raleigh-Durham area so spend your dime somewhere ELSE!!!

Tar Heel did an excellent job installing the landscaping on my new build - I did not know what would look best, but the owner helped recommend design/plants/etc. that would look best and be easiest to maintain. My new yard looks absolutely beautiful.

Tar Heel Landscaping did an amazing job on a complete backyard renovation. Everyone on the crew from the owner down worked hard to make sure every detail was perfect. We could not be happier. I would highly recommend them for any landscaping needs. We will definitely be using them again.

Left a mess of clippings after trimming bushes. Used blower to direct all the debris against the front doorway of the home. The clippings and debris are all behind the bushes, on the sidewalk, in planting areas, on other plants. Looks like they tried to hide the mess instead of cleaning it up. This company is contracted to do work by my HOA, has been doing weekly maintenance for the past 6 months and I am not impressed with the job they are doing. Unfortunately the HOA doesn't oversee the work to make sure the residents are getting their money's worth from this company. Would not recommend.

The insulated valve cover was not correctly installed the first attempt and was literally sitting off the top of the ground on top of the other valve box. After calling and leaving multiple voicemails over the summer, in the fall I had to contact my builder in order for Tarheel Landscaping to contact me. They came back out unannounced and made another attempt to fix the issue but as seen in picture two they left a visible gap allowing cold air to freely pass. Ive left multiple voicemails but no one has returned my call.

If you love incomplete, half assed, shotty work then give these guys a call!

Jonathan was great to work with. He did a great job shaping our Hollies and some other bushes. The yard was cleaned up nicely when done. You wouldn’t have known we had work done, except for the newly manicured bushes and trees.

Rafael has done two good projects for us in the past year: building a 65’ natural stone wall and updating a storage building, including repairing the siding, rehanging the door, painting, and installing gutters.

He offers easy and efficient communication, fair prices, sound techniques and skills, careful work, and a desire to do the job right.

He’ll certainly do other work for us in the future.

Rafael is always so helpful in his recommendations. He does such a great job and always has us set up for the season!! He will be our go to person for all our lawn care needs!

Lots of plants to choose from and all so healthy. End of season shopping today was so much fun. I already know I’ll be excited to choose my spring selection here also! One stop for all your garden needs/ wants!

Such a lovely spot! They have an amazing selection of plants, plant/garden supplies, and even some garden decor!! Staff was quite friendly and willing to help. I purchased some small terrarium plants, and a couple philodendrons and they are simply gorgeous. You can tell that the staff really cares about the well-being of all the plants. Highly, highly recommend this place for all your plant needs- whether it be garden, houseplant, or anything in between!

The selection of plants is wonderful, as always. This isn't super related to plants, but I just want to say that I really loved seeing the affirming pronouns on one of the employee's name badges today.

The staff is knowledgeable, extremely friendly and informative. The amount of plants and people working there was astounding. Helpful but not all over you. Amazed at the selections

Visited the place after quite bit of time. They are friendly as always. It was a good experience. Kevin was great to help us figuring out what we need and what is good. His help is greatly appreciated. We will go back next month to continue our backyard project.

Went in because I visited the farmers market plant shops and saw this plant store in the back. Prices were very expensive! A hydrangea plant was $40 when you can get the same plant less than half that price for example. Go somewhere else if you want plants/flowers @ a reasonable price. Maybe hire less employees and lower prices on everything!

Logan's is a very neat garden shop. It has a ton of variety including a wide range of indoor plants. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The place is a lot larger than it looks from the outside. Some things can be a little pricey but everything I have purchased here has been quality!!!!

Large selection of very thing plants. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. The owners are there every day to make sure the customers receive great service.

Nice store but parking was a beast. I was disappointed for two reasons. 1st that most of their flowers were Provwn brand, I was expecting flowers from local nurseries. 2nd their prices are the highest I have seen compared to other nurseries and garden shops in the triangle area.
