We have used Orkin out of the Raleigh office for over a year Plus. We have been very happy with Neil. He is professional, timely and personable. They typically give you a text and or email a day or two before service and just before and when they arrive.

Our technician (Carlos) has the ability to explain existing conditions in a way that allows our school to make informed decisions about the levels of services needed to meet our needs. He is prompt, professional and personable.

The representative showed up to do the annual inspection for termites. He was very cordial, responsible, knowledgeable and personable. I have had this service for decades. I was satisfied with the inspection and his summation.

Orkin has been amazing for my wee hospital; my service guy is the absolute best, =)!!

Service person was extremely thorough and consciencious. They went through the property with painstaking care, cleaning up webs and treating every tiny crevasse, treating our home as if it were their own. A superb job!

We have a regular visit from our technician, Rick, who does a complete whole house inspection inside and out, and treats for pests before they make their way into the house. He is very thorough and efficient in his inspection. It is nice to have the same technician on every visit because we get to know him and he knows us and what we expect. He has delivered on our expectations every time.

Nathan and team are very, very thorough and care very much about making sure my house is rodent and pest free! This is a great group and I definitely recommend them.

The team was great when they would actually show up. Several times we were scheduled for them to come out and not show up. What’s making me write a review is the lying that was done. We were scheduled for our monthly service to be done, no one showed up but we got an email stating service was done inside and outside of the home. But how if no one showed up? We also have never had inside done before. Called to confront this situation and the office said the techs location was at my home, which was a lie. I have security footage all day of my home with no one showing up. So obviously I went to cancel service if I’m paying for service I’m not receiving and they wanted $200 to cancel lol. 🤡

We had a great experience with Go Forth Pest Control! I called in the morning about an ant issue, and they were able to dispatch a technician the same day with 30 minutes’ notice. Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained the treatment process clearly, what we could expect over the next few days, and the follow-up service schedule. By the evening, the treatment was already effective. Andrew was meticulous and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Go Forth Pest Control!
