Lloyds Customer Service was excellent. They quickly responded to my request for a quote to prune trees. They arrived on time the next day. They scheduled the work the next day, and arrived on time. The job was completed on time with Great cleanup. The staff at all levels were professional and courteous. They communicated whatever we're going to do and executed. Well done!

Today, LLoyd's Tree Service removed a very large, potentially dangerous sweet gum tree and a dead pine from our yard. The crew was noticeably quite profession, they worked hard in this oppressive heat and all were polite to speak with as well. Tree removal & cleanup was excellent, the team used lots of professional equipment (which made their job easier, I'm sure) & now for the best part; the estimate to perform this work was 18 & 23 hundred dollars less than the other two estimates. I highly recommend Lloyd's Tree Service for any tree remoal/trimming needs you might encounter.

The team at Lloyd’s is responsive, efficient, polite, does good work and is very fairly priced - what more could you want? We had them trim several trees, a large Holly bush, and remove multiple trees in our backyard. We’ll definitely use them again for our next project! Thanks for all of the great work.

Highly satisfied with Lloyds Tree Service. Scott and his crew did a very neat and safe removal of a tall dead tree. They were very efficient and did a great cleanup after they were finished. Price was very competitive to other quotes that we had.

I called Lloyds to discuss a large tree root in my front yard, thinking I would ask for a consultation/evaluation on possible removal. Stephen returned my call and we discussed the situation. After texting him photos he looked into the species, and got back to me with his professional opinion. When I asked about payment for his time, he said it wasn’t necessary! Wow. Just wanted to give a huge thanks to Lloyd for Rescuing our cat Thor from a tree. Thor had been up there for 2 days and we had tried everything to get him to come down but he had not moved from that spot. Lloyd drove all the way to Rolesville from Clayton at night in the cold and climbed all the way up to get him and was also very patient while waiting up there for Thor to get in the bag. Our family is just so thankful!

During a recent storm an extremely large oak tree fell on my back porch and roof, puncturing into my roof / ceiling and tearing down part of my back porch. I called Lloyds and they (Stephen specifically) were able to come out for an estimate almost immediately. Stephen was very professional and thorough during the estimate process. After receiving a couple other estimates, some that were less expensive - though Lloyds pricing was VERY fair, I decided to go with Lloyds and cannot be more happy with that decision. The crew was able to come remove the tree two days after the estimate, which was such a relief.

On the day the tree was removed, the crew arrived on time and were extremely polite, safe and professional during the entire process. It was amazing to see the efficiency and overall communication of the entire team during the whole process. A crane had to be used to remove the tree from a precarious position on my porch / house. They made sure to take their time to safely remove the tree, which I am sure was difficult as the branches of the tree were also pressing against several windows. They took their time to ensure that the cleanup process was done completely and well. My yard (and porch besides the broken part) were cleaner after they left than before the tree fell.

When something terrible like this happens and your home is damaged, it is very stressful. I genuinely appreciate the empathy and kindness shown by the staff, as well as the fantastic work that they did.

Had Lloyds here today to remove 2 trees and trim a third tree. Professional, expedient, and cleanup was outstanding. Upon receiving the estimate, in less than 24 hours work was completed. Highly recommend to anyone needing tree services.

I had a great experience here. They came out next day to inspect the stump and gave a very reasonable quote for my job. The longest part was calling 811 during the holidays, but they came out the next day after the ground was marked. Communication was A+ and would certainly go back.

Lloyd's Tree Service was amazing from initial contact to clean up. Very prompt when communicating about my service, and neat with the clean up from the service. I had a huge birch tree thinned and a hedge of Illeagnes bushes lowered by half.

Called at 3:30 to inquire about having a large stump removed from my yard. He just so happened to be finishing up a job not too far away, and after sending him pictures of the job and receiving a more than fair quote, he came over at 4:30 and was done by 5:15. The area was completely cleaned up and leveled. Excellent communication, great price, fabulous service; highly recommend!

Triangle Tree Pros did an amazing job. They removed three large trees in a tight backyard with minimal access. They arrived on time. Removed all three trees in the same day. Cleaned up all debris. I asked for tree and stump removal. They removed the trees but not until after the fact did they say they could not remove the stumps. Over charged and under performed.
