Usman and his crew at Arborex did a great job removing 10 trees and limbing up several others for us. Big improvement to our property. No damage to our property and they left the place clean. I would highly recommend them.

Arborex is always great to work with. They have gotten down a couple large trees as well as one small tree and debris removal.

The service is top notch, efficiently run, and they finish in a fraction of the time you would think. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Had a large River Birch removed from our front yard. Had the stump and large surface roots ground. The price was reasonable and they did a great job of cleaning up. We would definitely use them again.

I have used Arborex twice now. They do excellent work! This second time it was a MASSIVE job that required a crane. They did such a good job that there are almost no signs of them being there or the fallen tree. Plus, both times it was a very fair price.

WOW! What an experience. From the first phone call with Usman, I knew that he values the customer experience. He is very timely when responding phone calls and texts. He works with his customers directly and does so professionally. He keeps his customers very informed during the whole process. We had to make an adjustment during the tree removal and he spoke with me personally and assured me that the new plan was the best and safest option for my family and his crew.

His crew crew was amazing, like a well oiled machine. To watch them pull up my neighborhood with the crane, bobcat, trucks was indeed very impressive, yet even with all the equipment, traffic was barely affected. To watch his crew remove two fairly large oak trees over the house was an amazing sight, and they did so safely. Best of all, when they were finished, they cleaned up as though they were never even there. You couldn't tell that the crane was in the middle of my front yard. Best experience from start to finish. Kudos for Usman and his team.. He treats his customers and his crew well..

The team cut down a dead tree and ground 2 stumps. They were extremely careful to disturb newly planted grass as little as possible and left our yard in pristine condition. They also let me know their stump grinder hit an underground landscape lighting cable which was my fault because I should have dug up beforehand.

Prompt, efficient, professional. Took care to remove 5 dead trees. Successfully avoided our gardens, shrubs and desirable trees. Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We have used Aborex for many years and have always been extremely pleased with their service. We have a lot of trees on our property and they understand our desire to maintain them and not remove any unnecessarily. They never pressure us to remove trees, unlike other tree services we’ve spoken with.
The crews are extremely professional and respectful of our property. They are fast and efficient and do a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves.

I have used Arborex for 2 jobs now and both were completed above expectations. The most recent job was clearing about 1/3rd of my yard for a swing set to be installed. The job was done on time and on budget. I got home to find a few extra trees gone that we had talked about doing in another job, he explained since they were dead trees and the kids would be playing in the yard he went ahead and took them out because he was concerned. No additional cost just did it because it was the right thing to do. I can not say enough about the owner and the company. Will be using again for future jobs.

The guys did an amazing job. My elderly neighbor was worried about the trees being removed. I called her after to see how she was, and she said she did hear anything. She also said they did an amazing job.

I hired Arborex to clear out saplings and brush from my backyard a few weeks ago and just had them come back to pull down a dead tree today as a second job. Usman is super polite, responsive, and honest.

I had 3 other landscapers come give me quotes on what I needed done and Arborex was the most equipped to do the job. Others could only do trees or brush clearing but not both.

Treework is expensive but I found Arborex's prices very reasonable.

I marked trees to be removed ahead of time and the guys were quick, efficient, and took care to not disturb vegetation I wanted left alone. They even blew leaves/debris from my entire property when done despite only being hired for the backyard. Definitely recommend!

Arborex recently offered me an amazing service! A 40ft+ oak tree fell on my home at 5:00pm on a Saturday night. Usman was out in less than 2 hours, assessed the damage, and had crew out on Sunday morning. They cut it up, had a crane lift it over our home and cut it up for disposal, all in less than 24 hours! Need I say more? Arborex is amazing!!

We have had Arborex to our property four times for tree pruning or removal. Their response to initial calls has always been prompt. The staff are very knowledgeable and polite. Estimates for services are very prompt and costs are consistently the very best I expect to get. I never bother calling anyone else.

Removed three oak trees from our yard in rural Orange county. Two were very tall and one of the tall ones had large limbs overhanging our house. Usman and his crew arrived around 9:30 and were done by 3, including the stump grinding. Very methodical, safe, and efficient at a reasonable for a crane removal service with worker's comp. Minimal disturbance to yard. Highly recommend them.

Arborex took down a large dying oak tree that was very close to our house and surrounded by other mature trees. Because of this, they needed to use a crane which had to be maneuvered into a very restricted space close to the tree. Thanks to their precision work, they had removed the tree in less than 2 hours with minimal damage to surrounding trees and none to our house, which was about 6 feet from where they were operating. They are not cheap, but in our difficult case, they were extremely careful and skillful.

These guys were fantastic. Fairly priced, prompt and on time service, and knowledgeable. They had all the right equipment, minded the surrounding landscape lighting, took care with my yard and cleaned up! Three large dying trees (oak and hickory) removed by crane, two pruned and stumps ground. Very happy!

Usman and team are wonderful! My shy 2 year old even came to hug him at the door when he showed up with a team of trucks & the crane! He was professional and kind throughout the process. Provided detailed description of everything when the plan had to change for safety reasons. He definitely had my family & his team's safety top of mind the entire process. We had a 140 foot tree that needed to come down. No small task! But Arborex made it easy, and to top it off, all of the neighborhood kids loved watching the trucks! 10/10 recommend!

Arborex did a great job at my
Mom’s house in Wake Forest. Her house is on a heavily wooded lot. We were able to trim up a large tree over hanging the deck and also remove a couple of larger sickly trees that were close to the house. They were very professional and I would highly recommend.

Every once in a while the branches hanging over the roof of my house need to be cut away and removed, as well as the unruly bushes. I trust Arborex because they’re professional, insured, and do an excellent job. Ussman and his crew are the best and I highly recommend them!
