Had some damage from the storm last night (8/7/2023). Made a call this morning to Arborex to discuss solutions. Once discussed, we were told his crew would be at the house at 7:15AM. At 7:15 his crew showed up, removed the downed tree from the front yard, in addition to cleaning up all debris in the driveway as well. The owner was professional, honest and courteous. I've used them in the past and keep going back as they provide excellent work. I highly recommend Arborex for all your tree removal needs!!

Arborex provides top knotch customer service & quality work for tree services. I have used them 4 or 5 times over the past decade+ to handle tree issues. For example, they diverted a crew one morning to clear a tree across my driveway to allow me to get cars out & get to work. They returned the next day after finishing the other job to finish ckearing my tree. I do not hestiate to call them for any tree issue I have. Similarly, I recommend them without the slightest hesitation.

Of all the companies that came out in the area of an estimate, they were the only ones to get the job done and communicate with us every step of the way. The Arborex team recently removed 6 trees for us, including a huge, tall pine tree. From the first visit for an estimate, to the completion of the job, we were highly impressed by their professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, and expertise. Our job was pretty complex, with challenging access issues, and it required a crane as well as other heavy equipment. It was amazing to watch the crew at work. Each person had his own tasks, and the coordination and communication among team members was exceptional. They were very flexible and accommodating about our changing requests. Clean-up was complete and thorough, and you would hardly have known they were there once the job was done. Our neighbors had a similar experience. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Arborex 2-3 times. I appreciate the advice (to cut a tree or not, and when), the efficiency, time frame, the cleanup, etc. Honestly, I considered other vendors, but the trust & service delivery I have received are what brings me back.

The care and competence of Usman and the Arborex tree team is always amazing to me. They are so very careful, climb high to remove dead tree limbs, remove trees without damaging our home or property, and clean everything up like they were never there. The owner does the estimate and then he comes with the crew to make sure everyone is on the same page before they start work. The high standards of the owner are reflected in the work ethic of the crew. The Arborex crew did a fantastic job for us! We have 6 Willow Oaks 40-50 feet tall and 1 Magnolia tree that is close to 40 feet tall. They are all huge trees! The guys raised the canopies on all trees, pruned and shaped them. They removed the dead branches up inside the trees and cleaned up afterwards so perfectly you could not tell they had been here! The workers were very considerate of the flower bed while accessing the great pine tree being removed. They left no trace of disturbance beyond the remnants where the tree was taken.

We had a lot of work to be done: several tree removals with stump grinding, plus maintenance of some very tall trees on an awkward hill. Usman at Arborex was friendly, efficient, and was even able to squeeze us in to get the job done the very next day! The team was courteous and friendly, and they cleaned up all of the debris afterwards and were careful to avoid the plants I wanted to save. When I came out to take a look, they walked me around, showing me what they had done and confirming what still remained to be done. It was worth every penny!

Arborex did a great job removing a very tall white oak from our entrance and removing dead branches from adjacent trees. They were under a lot of time pressure because we had to close our main entrance to the neighborhood. They executed the job very efficiently. Their pricing was very reasonable, considering the equipment (crane, bucket trucks etc) they had to bring in.

They also cut down some trees in the back of our dam that was threatening some concrete structures. Again, very efficient and reasonable pricing. Also very responsive to questions and issues that arise during the bid process.

Professional team performed the tree removal. Every one of the crew was friendly, dedicated, and hard working. They made efforts to keep the site clean throughout and had all tree-cutting debris cleaned up before they left.

The crane proved very helpful and allowed us to keep power on to the house on a cold day while they worked, so that was a bonus. It was exciting to watch the crew and the crane work together to get the trees down and cut up.

The team Usman sent did an outstanding job cutting down four mid-sized trees! They took care to cut and lower each piece so none of the nearby bushes were damaged. They cleaned up so thoroughly that we couldn't tell they had been there, except the trees were gone.

Highly recommend this business! Quote was very fair, they had someone out same day, work was scheduled very quickly, the crew was polite and fast, and left my property even better than they found it! I had smaller trees I had cut down myself the week before, and they took it upon themselves to dispose of them for me while they were here. Usman either answered the phone immediately or called me back right away each time, and took the time to explain to me how they trim the trees while considering risk to my property and the long-term health of the tree.
