He arrived on time and did a fabulous job. He was thorough, pleasant and very respectful. a prime example of what any company would want as an employee going to a customers home. I am very pleased.

We had a leak under the foundation and were looking at a long weekend without hot water. The person in charge of the office was efficient and polite, coordinating with installers and a plumbing company to make sure the work (which involved 2 trips from flooring installers and 2 trips from the plumber) was done in less than 1/2 day - WOW! As a bonus, and I am a perfectionist myself, the floor and trim re-installed in the laundry room is "showroom-worthy!" We could not be more pleased!

We hired another company to clean our carpets and they stretched them out. When I called that company and asked if they would fix the carpet, they said we needed to hire someone else to do that. Fortunately we found Professional Carpet Systems! We will use them any time we need our carpets, tile, or furniture cleaned. Their price was reasonable, and not only did they do a great job of cleaning, they fixed our stretched carpets for a reasonable rate, while they were here. The carpet looks fantastic. I am very impressed with Professional Carpet Systems and I highly recommend them.

He sat and spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions (and I had a lot!). Lots of selections in which to choose. I LOVE my new plush carpeting and Luxury Vinyl floors. Worked to accommodate my expedited timeline and exceeded all my expectations. Anthony, Cory, April - top notch and friendly. Highly recommend.

We have used Professional Carpet Systems for our company for years and I can personally say they have never let us down. Never! We have many properties and always call them and never been let down. They cannot be beat and their prices are so reasonable.

I worked with PCS at my small business office earlier this year for renovations and only considered them for my residential needs. Anthony is an excellent coordinator and he spent a great deal of time at my home doing a thorough plan & estimate. The in-home work was completed by Miguel and his team who installed new carpets, laminate and tile. They did an amazing job. Not only did they deliver quality work, but they were prompt and fast. Highly recommend!

I like supporting local business over corporate companies. I call this company last week to have a tech come out and give me an estimate. The lady on the phone said "Well we usually don't come out unless the home is ready to be cleaned , but will schedule you an estimate" in a very snarky tone. Well the tech came out on the date, and was early in the time slot. The tech that came was very nice and we talked about this business and how things are done, due to I as well have been in and around this for at least three decades. So yea, I knida know how things work. He gave me a quote of $175 to do the job, but told me to call the office because they have a $15 off coupon that can be used. I called the office and the lady on the phone had to ask the owner if the coupon applied. The owner said, "That coupon for carpet cleaning was for June, not July", so I told them that I would be in touch to set an appointment for this week, as the tech was on his phone and the days and times I wanted were available. I called around for a second estimate and the comapny set an appointment for the next day and did the job at the $160 matched price. Everything went great and the job was done great as well! Monday, one of the ladies in the office called and wanted to see if I still wanted to set and appointment, but per her schedule with the tech was full until Wednesday, totally going against what the tech showed he had availability, and she said "He doesn't have the ability to come out earlier in the week and couldn't make it when I needed the job done, and doesn't have the availability to see what his schedule was like". I told he that the job had already been done and that they missed out by not setting the appointment and I had already had the job done. I also told her that they were very unprofessional and lost out on my business...Well there's this thing called Karma... As the time slot on Wednesday of this week 07/17/24 was when I could accommodate them and myself. While going out and doing errands during this time slot, I saw one of their vans on the back of a rollback wrecker! One of their vans has been down at a local repair shop for at least a month now, and now this makes two vans down now! LMAO! If the owner knew how to run a business, and maintained his fleet, not trying to rip people off, maybe he could focus on maintaining his vans! I almost gave this comapny a 2 star review due to the tech that showed up was very kind and knowledgeable. So after all this, "Professional" Carpet Systems has lost a customer, and the other local, private company has my business for a long time and will be using them from here on out!

We had carpet installed in May of 2024 by Professional Carpet Systems located in Rural Hall. Cory and Sarah made the process so easy. We actually found a Shaw carpet that we loved but it was not sold at PCS, but no problem, because Cory searched until he found it. Not only did he find the carpet, he saved us a lot of money. The install team came in and did a beautiful job of installing. Old carpet was removed and new installed in a very timely manner. Just before the carpet install, we had every inch of the house painted and when installers were through, I saw 2 tiny scuff marks on the trim work. Installers were very respectful of our home.
Cory took a piece of the extra carpet and had a runner made for our kitchen sink area. Thank you Professional Carpet Systems for helping us love our home even more.

Everything was top notch with this company. Scheduling was easy and accommodating. Kenny and Marcos were on time, did a very thorough job and I felt the price was fair. Highly recommend them.

PCS was pleasant to work with. Booking was a breeze, I booked via phone. I got a text reminder of my upcoming appointment and a courtesy call the morning of to let me know the guy was loading up the van. He arrived on time and was very nice. He did a great job, informed me of some high traffic spots that were starting to show and that he cleaned in three different directions to make sure he got it good. My carpets feel clean under my feet, and they smell and look great. Would definitely use again.

Had a great experience with professional carpet systems. They came exactly when they promised to, and we're done in an hours time. And they did an excellent job, leaving our home smelling fresh and clean. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for their carpet to be cleaned!

Professional Carpet Systems has done carpet installation and cleanings in our home for the past 3 years and they are absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! They are professional, communication is excellent and the work is top notch. They go above and beyond to ensure you are completely satisfied with the work that is done. I am very picky about our home and I have been very well pleased with their work! Every single person I have ever interacted with both from the office and in our home has been wonderful!! We love this company and refer them to anybody who needs carpet services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Would rate higher but it won’t let me. This company and their staff are extremely exceptional in what they do with the up most professionalism. Their product was to the T and the service well I can’t boast enough. Highly recommend them to do anything with flooring. Sorry fellas and ladies yall deserve a 10. Keep up the good work

I have been using PCS for many years and they always do a great job. I have old carpet and they do a fantastic job cleaning it. The technicians are courteous, on time, and very helpful. Kenny and Tudor are the very best. I would recommend PCS to everyone. The staff who answer the phone are always pleasant and courteous. They really work with you re: schedule and times.

Absolute perfection! After Austin stretched the carpets, it didn't even look like I needed the living room carpet shampooed! Looked beautiful! I still had it cleaned, and that carpet looks brand new again. The quality of their work is top notch, and their prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE!!
