We have been very pleased with the service provided by Cook’s. We started with them when we moved here in 2016. Each time that we’ve called, they have been prompt and efficient. They never try to oversell or pressure us. We will remain with Cook’s.

Of course the air would go out on a Friday night. We are now customers of Cook's Heating and Air. They called us back early Saturday morning. Additionally they came out even though we were not customers. It was thankfully a quick and easy fix, but had he not come out, we would still be hot and humid. Thank you Mitch.

I don't leave many reviews. You have to be really good or really bad. I have been pleasantly surprised dealing with Cooks on two occasions. It is hard to find polite, knowledgeable, honest and affordable contractors. I have found Cooks to be all of the above. Thank you.

Air conditioning stopped working Thursday night. I called Cooks Friday morning as soon as they opened and they had their service tech Bryan out here in 15 minutes. Bryan was able to find the problem quickly and had our AC up and running in no time. Bryan and the folks at Cooks are great!

We had a great experience with Cook’s recently. We had what turned out to be a small inexpensive fix to our AC issue. They sent someone out the next day. He was very professional and wore all the protective gear (mask, gloves)to help avoid contact during the Covid outbreak. We will definitely use them again if we have another problem.
