Cooks is top notch. Air stopped working on the weekend plus it was Fathers Day. Called and within 15 minutes received a call back from the tech. He told me he was 30 minutes away and said he would call me back when he started my way. It wasn't long till he called and said he was on his way. Got here and got us up and running in 1 Hour including his drive time. He was very nice and respectful. Could have not asked for anyone better. Highly recommend Cooks heating ang Cooling. Great choice for our HVAC needs!!! If anyone has any HVAC needs or is unhappy with their current relationship I can highly recommend Cook's Heating and Cooling out of Rural Hall. It's a well accredited family owned and operated business that provides that personal touch. They were prompt, thorough and easy to get a hold of. They were willing to negotiate and got me the best price that I could find among several quotes, installing my new heat pump quicker than any of the others.

Man I have never dealt with a company in this day and age that was more customer service driven than them. The service techs name was Mitch. I wasn’t home when they arrived, I was taking children to school. Mitch was prompt and on time (few minutes early I might add). He was very polite and just nice and courteous to me and my wife as well as my crazy dog kelo. I had a completely new unit put in and it took no time, I was informed the entire way and given all the information I asked for. The job was perfect, hoses and stuff from house to unit were clean and wrapped and just the entire job when he left was clean and left better then it was before he got there. Thank you to cooks heating and air for making this process a painless enjoyable one. Shout out to your tech Mitch for just being a stand up guy and just nice person!!! 5 star!!!!

Rollon is very professional, thorough, and friendly. He did a great job fixing our A/C unit at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him for your heating & cooling needs.

The best customer service starts from the phone call to Cooks main office yesterday. The staff person that answered the phone ( and I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) was the most pleasant and nicest guy. He talked through things with me so friendly, calmly and professionally, that it made me feel great about calling in. He assigned us someone to come service our unit on our time. The next morning we had our heat pump serviced by the nicest tech. Brian was outstanding and extremely professional.
