Met smithrock roofing for estimate on storm damage to roof and guttering. Very nice people and on point with what they say they will do the roof and guttering was done in 2 days awsome job amd the communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Some before and after photos and there were holes all in roof alot was replaced and done pictures just do not do justice on how pleased we were Thanks again smithrock roofing for everything!!!!

Let me start by saying everyone at Smithrock has been friendly. The issue is poor communication. My wife set up a visit at the end of August to provide an estimate for a roof and siding replacement on her parents home. The appointment went well and it was agreed that we would receive a quote and samples the next week. After 2 weeks, my wife called to inquire, she was advised that she would have a quote by end of day. A month later, we still have no quote or samples.

Great experience working with Smithrock roofing. Timely communication and installation of 2 roof turbines. My hat is off to Britany, Blake, Jose, and Juan.

We recently had our roof replaced by Smithrock Roofing, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Shane was our first point of contact — extremely professional, straightforward, and not pushy or too salesy. He clearly explained the process, kept us in the loop, and went above and beyond to help us match our existing roof to meet our HOA requirements.

Cameron, the project manager, was on site during the replacement, making sure everything ran smoothly and that our property, especially our landscaping, was protected. After the job was done each day, I checked our driveway, patio, porches, and even the street in front of our house for nails and debris. I didn’t find a single nail. Their cleanup was fantastic. The team arrived early each day and worked nonstop. We received several compliments from neighbors about the crew and the final roof.

We’re already talking with Smithrock about another project, so yes — I would hire them again and highly recommend their team.

When we discovered that our roof had a leak and were told that we needed a new roof, we asked around for recommendations. Smithrock Roofing came highly recommended by a friend and I could not be more pleased with the work and the customer service provided by Jesse, Caleb and their entire team. When Caleb came out to take a look and give us a quote, he climbed on the roof and spent 20-30 minutes speaking with me about my roof, what they could do and how things would go. The two other companies I reached out to barely communicated with me.

Smithrock was able to replace our roof in one day, just before Tropical Storm Ian dumped a bunch of rain on us. Shortly afterward, there was an issue with the roof and our hot water heater exhaust pipe, but Smithrock came back out and took care of it. The professionalism, the excellent customer service and the desire to do things right was refreshing to see. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Smithrock Roofing to anyone.

Honestly the best experience with a contractor I have ever had.
I've had work done by SmithRock Roofing a couple times now, and both times the process has been simple, straightforward, and painless. Payton is awesome at communication, always shows up when he says he will and always responds to my emails and texts. My most recent repair was relatively extensive and included pulling siding off of an exterior wall to replace the wood and insulation underneath. The SmithRock crew showed up at 8:30 AM and finished the entire repair in a day, even working in the rain at one point. They even took pictures so that I could see the extent of the damage inside the wall.

The icing on the cake, though, is that they cleaned up the mess at the end of the job. There was no evidence at all that they had even been there! Like anyone who owns an older home, I've hired my share of contractors, but SmithRock has been the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. When it comes time for another repair, or a full roof replacement, I know who I'm calling!

We had our roof replaced on Friday 9/5 they got here early 7:00 am and were completed by 1:30. That’s including clean up. The owner Jordan and his dad Shane were great at communicating and everything looks great!! We had some soffit and facia Storm damage and they fixed that as well. Their siding guy even came Saturday to finish it up since he was on another job. I can’t say anything bad about this situation every thing went smoothly. I will say one of my lights broke and they are going to give me a discount so I can repair it. Jordon did offer to have someone else come replace it but I declined as it’s an easy fix. I am really happy with them and will let everyone know to reach out to them if f you need an any roof replacement or repair!

Smithrock Roofing LLC did an exceptional job. We are so happy! We have been looking around for a year to get our roof/exhaust fan with cover replaced and even our American Home Shield did not have a man for the job and most of the local roofing companies that we called couldn’t do the job. Just have finished having my roof repaired by them. Company was excellent and the workers they sent on site did a phenomenal job. Only issue we had was their vehicle was bogged down in the grass from the rain storms and in towing it out my yard was damaged. Workers onsite had already contacted their owner and started the claim to get a landscaper onsite to fix the yard by the time they told me about it. Other than some grass damage they made the house/roof look good as new, quality of their work and integrity went above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs work done.

Update: 12/4/2025 - had a new member of their staff reach out who is responsible for projects and customer satisfaction, sorry I forgot your job title!, asking about the project and checking in on my satisfaction with their work. Roof still looks as good as the week it was installed and appreciate them checking in.

We used this company for a new roof , gutters , and new windows ! They went above and beyond to meet our expectations and to give us what we wanted and make us happy . They are by far the most professional company I’ve don’t business with . They actually care about the customer and go the extra mile to make sure job is done right , and to the standard as if it was their own home ! I had a two layer roof tore off and replaced . Plus a building and play house and yard and job was cleaned up as if no one had been there ! Which isn’t easy to do ! This company is the cream of the crop !! #TOPSHELF
