Great company, if my roof ever has an issue I know who to call but in the mean time, I know who to recommend!

Had some pretty high winds recently in my area, so I called to have the roof inspected due to a couple neighbors losing shingles and just wanted to make sure my roof wasn't affected. Caleb came out, did the inspection and found 2 shingles that had come loose, while he was here he just fixed it, told me my roof was in great shape and explained that it was probably just not enough sealant or something when it was built and went on his way!

It seems like it's very hard in this day and age to find a good company that you pay to work on something, let alone an honest and quality driven company. Let me be the one to tell you Smithrock roofing is who you need for roof repairs.

We had a great experience with Smithrock. Communication was easy, very friendly, overall did a great job and their customer service is wonderful. We had a place we wanted checked a few months after our project was complete and they were there the next day. These guys are good people, do good work and are not out to scam you like some of these companies that have been in the area! Highly recommend!

Had an excellent experience dealing with this company. Have an older home and my roof needed replacing. A wind storm blew off some shingles and I knew it was time to get my roof replaced. They came out the next day to inspect it and I had a proposal that afternoon. They came out the next day and I had a new roof by that afternoon. Very professional.

He took the time to explain the issue with my roof, offered a fair and transparent quote, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. This was such a GREAT and easy process. I was in contract to buy my house and we found the roof needed replaced; Shane came out and provided an estimate to the seller(amongst others), and I ultimately selected Smithrock due to the detail - the listed all of the accessories(boot, vent, etc) and all of the other necessary items on their detailed quote(you'd be surprised - out of 5 quotes, only 2 were actually detailed!). Shane was also more than happy to speak to me about my roof and process, too. When we closed, I knew immediately that I wanted Smithrock to do my roof - here we are not even 3 weeks in my house and I have a new roof! The roofers were so courteous and nice, and the clean up was really good, too! I highly recommend Smithrock to anyone looking for a new roof.

The entire SmithRock Family were fantastic from the start to finish of the very extensive project at my house. They replaced my roof, siding, upstairs windows, sliding glass door as well as installing a new front door. They were patient with me as all of the decisions could be a bit daunting! They shared info with me, views of other projects and walked me nicely through the entire process. Do not hesitate! This is the crew for you!!

Recently had our roof replaced Our daughter really liked them and she recommended we use Smithrock. GREAT choice Shane was awesome Explained well, took his time and answered all of our questions. You know what your getting up front with no surprises. Communication was on point especially the office staff. They were very good with clean up as they go. Shane then comes back for a follow up walk through. Oh the best part Great product and GREAT PRICE. 100% RECOMMEND.

Had a great experience with Smithrock Roofing. Had a small project that needed some creative thinking. Kyler and his team did a great job fixing our roof. On time, clean and professional. They will be my go to for any future project.

Smithrock Roofing replaced our roof this April and did a terrific job. We have a very difficult roof with many angles and pitches up to 14/12. Their all inclusive pricing was very attractive, they sent a large crew and completed in two days, AND I didn't find so much as 1 nail from their thorough cleanup. The small issues we did have they took care of promptly and the owners followed up to ensure our satisfaction. The biggest factor in choosing Smithrock however was integrity. If you are like I was shopping for a roof you've likely had several companies wanting to talk to your insurance company on your behalf. I even had multiple quotes from the same company to apply with or without insurance. Smithrock is above that. They are not storm chasers nor did they try to sway me to see what I could get from by homeowners policy. Having been the General Contractor on my own house build before I can tell you the level of integrity they displayed is rare among residential contractors. I would absolutely use Smithrock Roofing again.

So, where do I begin??? I can't say enough GOOD, POSITIVE things about Smithrock Roofing! Hannah is extraordinary. She's very knowledgeable about what she does. She went out of her way to explain the entire process to us from beginning to end. Everyone at the company was always very professional during the entire time. They all went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. Hannah even contacted the insurance company several times on our behalf, which was extremely helpful. When we ran into an issue with the claim’s check being processed incorrectly by my financial institution, Hannah was very patient while we worked through that problem.

The roofing crew did an excellent job!!! We are incredibly pleased with the finished product. Our roof looks FANTASTIC!!! They cleaned up every day before they left. We had to leave at various times throughout the day. They were very accommodating to make sure we could get in and out of our garage, safeguarding that there were no nails that could possibly puncture our tires.

I know there are many roofing companies out there, but if you want a company that has FAIR pricing; a company that does QUALITY work; a company that really CARES about their customers; and, for me, the most important attribute, they are HONEST with a great sense of INTEGRITY, then Smithrock Roofing should be your choice.

We had to replace our vinyl siding and one of the larger windows in the house immediately after buying our house, and Smithrock Roofing was amazing! I’m a homeowner in the Tuscany Townhome community in North GSO. Smithrock recently completed a total reroofing project for our community of 17 multi-unit buildings. I am really satisfied, and I believe all of our homeowners are, too, with how well this huge project went. I firmly believe we got a great value for the cost. The project was completed on time even though we had rain for a few days. the roofers were efficient and cleaned up very well as the project progressed. I would surely recommend SrR for any project, big or small.

Home repairs can be a nerve wracking experience but Shane, Messa, and Brittney and the Smithrock Team helped make this experience as pleasant as possible. Hannah and Justin are true professionals. They lived up to each and every promise they made at each step of the roof replacement project in our 52 home townhouse community. They completed the project on time in spite of losing a week due to rain. Yards were cleaned up of debris, nails picked up and residents' questions and concerns answered in a very customer oriented manner. I can't recommend them enough.
