Fantastic company! Mike was super knowledgeable and helped me get a better understanding of the anatomy of an HVAC unit. I was able to get both my furnace and AC replaced the very next day after receiving a quote (which was very reasonable and fair). The crew showed up on time, were professional, and cleaned up the work space once they were done. If you’re in the Rowan county area and have HVAC problems, DEFINITELY give these guys a call! Highly recommend!

I have used airpro for a few years. Mike did a great job installing a new system. But this year he has some guys working for them that just want the quick buck. I paid $400 for two service calls for my problem still not to be fixed. I have tried reaching out to no avail. Now I am coming up on this heatwave with no air and my 76 year old mom at home. I can no longer recommend this company and I have sang his praises for the past two years.

Horrible company..if I could give a zero I would. Came out to see e what the leading was on my ac and broke the switch. Never came back to fix or returned my calls!!!

The guy I spoke with on the phone today was absolutely the RUDEST “professional “ I have ever spoken with!! I would NEVER use this company, I was calling for my elderly friend who needed a copy of her receipt from an$2000 payment she made and he was immediately hostile and saying he sent it and how many times does he need to send her the same thing however he is sending her an INVOICE… she needs a RECEIPT!! An invoice is what she will be paying for the work completed but she needs a receipt showing what she did pay. And he was just yelling and being the rudest professional I have ever spoken with!!
