Very happy with service provided today. Stout installed my unit 3 years ago and today I had to call them to service it bc it was not cooling and it is 95 degrees outside. They were very prompt and arrived quickly and had it fixed in 15 minutes. Luckily I purchased service and labor warranty which they honored.

My first experience with Stout H&A. The tech was very knowledgeable and very professional. As a new home buyer that’s new to the area, I needed to find a reliable company to take care of my heat pump. Prices are reasonable for this day and time. I’m happy so far.

Our air went out in one of the hottest weeks of the year. Stout got the part delivered and installed quickly. Mike is great to work with and if we have issues, I will certainly be calling again!

I called and the lady on the phone was very nice and took my information down and told me to expect a call back from a tech. The tech called within 10 min, and was here in 7 min after we hung up. Jeremy had the issue fixed and we had air in no time! I cant tell you guys how nice this guy was! I will forever recommend this company now!

Mike Lippard arrived and went straight to work on my A/C unit. He got it running. Unfortunately it’s just temporary… he had to order a part. I am expecting a call from one of his associates to tell me when the part will be in and when someone will be able to come back out to Installed new part. Thanks so much Mike Lippard!

The tech Quashawn " Q" was friendly, he was very professional and I appreciate his help! Quashawn explained everything he did to my unit!!! In my opinion "Q" is the best service i have received & he is second to NON! Thanks Stout Heating and Air for hiring not only a gentleman but an impeccable service attendant!!! People ask for "Q", trust me!!!!

Stout was able to head over within less than an hour after requesting emergency service, and our tech, Richard, was able to diagnose and fix our issue within less than 30 minutes. Absolutely awesome.

Jeremie came to fix our HVAC today. Not only was he on time, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He fixed our unit very quickly and explained everything thoroughly. Excellent service I’m very impressed!

The Tech that showed up was unable to fix the issue. He didn’t spend but 30 minutes just to inform me that I would need to call GoodMan Because he wasn’t familiar with the communication type Heat Pump I have He put a peace of tap on the low side switch and started to charge me? And told me he would charge me later. And when he left I found that I still have the same problem. This Tech was on call for this weekend and showed that he didn’t care to be bothered for anything! I if I had known this I would have never called in the first place. I guess I will be repairing the problem myself. What a wast of time.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with Stout Heating and Air. They installed our new unit in less than a week, provided a portable unit until the installation of the new one. Chris was super nice and knowledgeable when we met with him to discuss the replacement unit. Chance and Jacob did an awesome job with the installation of the new unit. They got here early and worked all day in the heat to get us cool air. Stout provides excellent service and all of their guys are so nice, respectful and helpful.

The guys were nice and professional and quick. Price was more than reasonable, and we have heat again! Phone number saved.

Technician was prompt, email and text sent, signed receipt sent with easy payment collected on site. Work was done correctly with no complications, parts were in stock and brought on site in technicians vehicle. Technician was also respectful and professional, both in appearance and behavior, while completing work needed.

I had to have a new HVAC system installed six months ago. I had my first maintenance on that system today and as usual stout has been very good to work with. All of the technicians have been very knowledgeable and personable as well as the office staff.

Installed gas line and upgraded gas meter for whole house generator. Cannot express how pleasant experience it was work with this company, especially Ryan Stout. Highly recommend them.
