Mr. Brian came out to see the home he remodeled for my sister one last time. I was asked from my sister to deep clean her home before she moved in. I have been professionally cleaning now for four years and in that four years I have not seen one good contractor. My team and I are very detailed in cleaning. We went over that home with a fine tooth comb and there was not one flaw. The windows were sealed properly, the baseboards were in tact throughout the house, there were no paint marks anywhere. There were no flaws whatsoever on the walls. The sliding glass doors had not on scratch on them. The kitchen cabinets were absolutely gorgeous and all the cabinet doors and door hinges opened and shut with no squeaky sounds. The drawers were soft shut drawers and let me tell you I tried slamming a few just to see if they were working properly. The shower doors in the bathroom did not have one single scratch, and the vents fit perfectly through out the house. I've never seen a house put together so perfectly. My only sadness was i had no idea about him back in October when I remodeled my own home. If you are looking for a perfectionist contractor, you do not need to look any further.
