Always a pleasure to have Pernell come out! They always do a great job and never lead us to believe there is services we need other than what they come to do. We have them out twice yearly for regular maintenance and they change our filters when they come and check over everything thoroughly while they are here . Definitely a happy customer

We were Referred this company by a friend in 2018 we had all new ductwork and rezoned the entire house. The crew informed us that they had broke the drain line doing the work underneath the house but they would repair it. During our Inspection for termite check the manager asked us did we realize that are drain pipe was installed upside down for our AC drain? This drain is underneath our deck but definitely visible to the eye when you look at it that it was installed completely upside down.
I contacted the company in June 2021 and informed them of this situation and also sent photographs. No repairs were done. Moving forward to this month our heat and air went out and unfortunately we tried Purnell calling and they didn’t have any available appointments so we called another company that came that night.
When the system was removed it was then determined that the unit was rusted out all around where the water could not drain properly. I have photographs to document the unit with the damage and the improper drainage.
It’s sad this was reported and nothing was done and then thousands of dollars to replace with new unit.
I will add the workers were friendly and nice, however disappointed customers.

All I can say is wow! I did not expect the customer service to be SO good, from my initial inquiry to installing my HVAC system to my questions after the installation-Robert and Shaina were so helpful and patient.

I had an unexpected issue during the installation, and Pernell was very easy to work with when coming up with a solution. It truly felt like they treated me like family and cared. You don't get that nowadays.

I am so happy they service the Raleigh area! I decided to go with Pernell because they came highly recommended and now I see why. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Chris came over to do a repair . Have to say great customer service. Very respectful , he made sure to use his shoe covers which I grately appreciate because we do have a crawlling toddler at home . Great attention to detail and even went the extra mile. Reccomend 10 / 10

Parnell is the best in Johnson County in 2025 and he did a great job put his hands on every part that was installed today. Make sure everything was as it should be. I am well pleased.

William and his partner were amazing. Made sure they took there time and cleaned the unit up good. Would like to have them as a normal crew to do our maintenance.

Called Pernell Inc to install a new HVAC System and everything was amazing!! Robert came out to the house and he measured out each room. He took is time. He was over for about 1 hour maybe longer for the first visit. He came back to the house with quotes, which I think is a great sales technique. Showed 4-5 different systems. He was very thorough with his explanations and reasoning. Paid for a 15.5 SEER Machine and ended up with a 16 SEER Rating machine. Robert had the crew re-vamp the duct work which makes it more efficient now and also added a 2nd air duct in the bedroom (picture). Install team left around 4PM and then the tech support team came to install the thermostats. Honeywell WIFI. The HVAC system also has a built in Dehumidifier which is amazing!! Great experience. Johnathon was very professional and polite over the phone as well when you call. THANKS EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!
