After calling PZ H&C they charged me $350 for only cleaning outside unit and still had no AC. Liles came and fixed for only $160

You're very busy because you have customers. Not returning a potential customer's call 2 times within 2 months is a good way to NOT have customers and go out of business. Having to wait for over 2 months for a return call to schedule an estimate is unacceptable. You could be a little more friendly when you answer the phone as well.

We have been serviced by Liles Plumbing for about 15 years. Eddie is very knowledgeable and helpful with your plumbing and heating/AC questions. He has an excellent and friendly staff who have been a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this company.

I wanted to rate them five stars because I have dealt with the people in other capacities and they generally seem to care about their business when you're standing there. Unfortunately, the first time I seriously needed them, they never came out. I called back after a few days and they said they were very busy and they'd get to me eventually. Since it was a simple faucet running issue and not an emergency I gave them time, but two months passed without ever seeing a plumber. I ended up calling a different local plumber who came highly recommended by other local people but doesn't have an entry on Maps.

Extremely disappointed. If you have too much work, you need to grow your business and hire extra people instead of blowing off your customers.

I struggled for 2 years with a furnace that would stop working when I needed it most. Had different companies come out that were never able to fix it, and told me I just needed a new unit. I finally called Liles after having such great experiences with my plumbing, and they had it figured out in minutes- fixed as soon as the part arrived. I am so grateful and can’t recommend them enough.

Shout out to Eddie Liles, owner of Liles Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. for coming by on a Saturday to see if he could get us some heat. I called this morning expecting to get a call back on Monday. Our heat went out overnight (of course it waited until our temps are in the teens). The part may have to be ordered but he came by. That's what I call exceptional customer service.

Highly disappointed! Do not recommend at all! They do not either answer the phone or return phone calls. They have, the few times that we have called, been inconsistent on their work. They might show up for the initial call, and may or may not start on the project, working only at max 1 hour , leave for the day, then do not show back up to finish the job, and also not returning phone calls wondering when they were coming back, We are not the only household that this has happened to. I have been in customer service for 30 years and they have a bad reputation!! Inconsistent and irresponsible!

Eddie helped me with a complicated fire hydrant installation on my property. He was polite, prompt, and very knowledgable. If you are trying to get work done in Chatham County, I highly recommend giving him a shout!
