Did you go out of business? I've been trying to contact you but don't answer the calls and every time I go to your location its always closed.

Bad, bad bad and baddddd. I don't like the lady who attended me, my neighbor had a emergency because she is 92 years old. I don't recommend that place.

Have used them several times now and every time we have gotten exceptional service (generally same day). Would recommend them to anyone.

The guys they sent out were young and inexperienced. They checked the HVAC and pronounced it fine. A month later the AC cannot keep up with the summer heat, and I'll have to call somebody who knows what he's doing to fix it.

great to work with. came out same day called , got my furnace running, but had came back next day with the parts they needed to make the the repair.I plan to use them again in the future.

Responded quickly and came out within 2 days...services my heat pump and didn't blind-side us with any additional costs or scare-tactic stress purchases. Reasonable service and reasonable pricing, local boys, too...can't beat that!

Worst business I've ever dealt with in 20 years living in Chatham County. Installed a AC/Heatpump system in 2015 which has never functioned properly. Despite repeated phone calls to them and initial promises of sending a technician, they do not return messages and evidently will not service their installation - which is still under warranty.

Made an appointment 2 days in advance with a 2 1/2 hour window. (10:30 to 1:00.) Sweated for 2 days, took time off work...they didn't call and didn't show up. FYI...my time is valuable to. Totally unprofessional. Will never call again.

Burke and Burke has serviced and replaced our a/c and heating units for 9 years. Never overcharging, honest, dependable, and on time and I'm 40 miles from siler city. Most professional, consistent service I've had.

stay clear of this outfit. November 30, 2024 you know exactly who I am. You were just at my house you were supposed to order a board for my unit and we’re going to put it in Monday. of last week You didn’t show up you didn’t bother to call. I’ve called you and texted you TOTALLY PATHETIC. I noticed everybody that writes you a one star review you act like you don’t know nothing about them. They’re writing you the one star because of the sorry service you provide, which is a shame you told me your father built the business and now like most businesses, the children destroy it

PZ was on time, good pricing, professional and kept my place clean. No up sell, no fake pricy diagnoses. Fixed what needed fixed and charged a fair price.

Asked PZ for a quote on two new systems. We set up an appointment, they did not show. I texted and emailed and they still ghosted me. Same thing happened to a friend, after the first service, they are unresponsive.

Serious downgrade on this review from recommended to avoid.

Our air conditioning went out on Saturday. It was a hot day and miserable. I called at 8 am Monday morning and our air was back on and cooling by noon. Great service and communication. They are very professional and courteous. I plan to use them now for yearly maintenance and any future repairs.

P Z Heating & Cooling have serviced my unit several times in the past. My unit was blowing fuses he can out serviced the unit. in the process found that my duck work was leaking air in the crawl space. A lot of the duck work was bad. P Z came out the next week and change out all of my duck work for a fair price. This was done while I was out of town I came back went under looked it over found a minor problem and they came back the very next working day and fixed it.I have never had a problem they do awesome service and do what they say quickly
