I'm writing this review for my mother in-law . She isn't tech savvy but her experience was worth a review.
Billy was very attentive to her needs , was knowledgeable and quick to get her Heat working as fast as possible. He was professional and kind . We highly recommend using him in your time of need !

Called Saturday morning reporting HVAC issue and requested call back Monday if possible. Monday morning I received the call and they were at my house by 1:00 pm. The unit is 18 years old so it’s time for a new one. Billy provided me with options so I ran those by my son-in-law who also works in HVAC and he was impressed and even commented how Billy was being honest and not just trying to up-sell me. Much appreciated and highly recommend!

Billy was very explanatory with his work. He did not try to sell me on anything unnecessary and was very transparent. He even made an adjustment to my service plan that saved money when most companies would have kept quiet and pocketed the extra cash. Will continue using their services for future needs. Fantastic experience working with this attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and genuine business. Frankly I knew I was giving Billy the job just by talking to his office coordinator. Sweet, understanding, flexible with my schedule and accommodating. The initial site visit for our estimate was nothing short of professional. Gave me insight to what I needed and recommendations to have my home run efficiently. Work was performed as scheduled and timely. Cleanup was fantastic and thorough. Intracoastal Heating and Cooling are the best they came out and I expected them to tell me my system needed replacing. Instead they found it. Needed a cleaning the inside line was clogged what I thought was going to be thousands of dollars to fix was much less Thank you Intracoastal! Y’all are the Best
