Billy was very accommodating in scheduling and rescheduling our appointment at my rental property. The tenant was difficult to meet with. He was knowledgeable and professional.

These guys came out and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, then took plenty of time to thoroughly explain the problem, and how to get the best bang for the buck in fixing the problem created by the original home builder.
Not a quick, “we can make a ton of money doing all these fixes” but a genuine, “this option would be a waste of your money, but here is a game plan that can really help”.
I only wish the original builder cared half as much as these guys do.

I cannot say enough goid things about the service I received!! Very professional & knowledgeable about heating, air, troubleshooting & the units. Arrived, on both visits, on time & within the hour time frame they set. Fixed all of my issues, cleaned & maintenance units & parts. I was a little worried about the cost when I heard all he done, but ended up being very reasonable & provided a detailed invoice showing what each service cost. I would highly recommend Intracoastal on all services! :)

Great Service and very happy with the whole process. Called for service and they picked up on the second ring. Easily came out to fix my heat earlier than expected the next day. Technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Will be my first call for future hvac needs.

Early morning hours of Saturday before an impending blizzard we lost heat - Being new to the area, just moved in less than two months ago, I called several HVAC companies to see if someone could possibly help - Intracoastal was the first to return my call in a matter of minutes - they luckily were able to come quickly and resolve our problems. They were extremely professional, thorough and polite! Hated to meet them under our stressful situation and after hours - but we now have our first and only go to for HVAC work! We will be setting up a maintenance plan also - If our equipment had been on a maintenance plan - this problem probably wouldn't have happened! Our system almost caused a house fire - I highly recommend this company and getting on a maintenance plan with them also!

I can't recommend this company enough! They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and timely. While they are the property they take the time to explain their findings, how it works and why it's necessary. When scheduling they are flexible and are always sure to ask if it's an emergency. They have always responded to the property within a day or so; and usually it's the next day! They've done both heating and air conditioning work for me; they were my first and now only call! I've been a customer for a couple of years, and will never go anywhere else. 10/10!
