Very nice people

Excellent, professional my home looked brand new. Awesome ladies and gentlemen.

After having a negative experience the owner called me and asked what could be done to make this right. He suggested a free cleaning. Two girls came and cleaned my house and they were terrific. They scrubbed the bathrooms and cleaned and polished floors and counter tops. I highly recommend this cleaning service and will continue to use them in the future. Our house is in a rental program and sometimes the turn around is tight, they have always accommodated our needs. We have used Mack Maids for several years and have only had one negative experience which was readily corrected.

Kristine and Lisa were at our home today for the first time. They were very professional as well as being personable. they both asked questions about how I liked things done and carried out my requests. all was done quite thoroughly and the way I would do it myself. They asked me to tell them if I saw anything that was in need of more work and was not how I wanted it. They seemed to be much more into pleasing me than some of the other women have been on their visits. They also seemed to work well together. I hope I will be able to have them on each visit from Mack Maids going forward.

We just had our house cleaned by Angeal and Christina from Mack's Maids. They did a fabulous and very thorough job. They covered every inch of our home. We thought the other service we used did a good job, but now that we had Mack's Maids come and clean, there is no comparison.
We look forward to having them come regularly! Great Job!

Cleaners explained that they receive a bigger tip/bonus if they are mentioned with a good review.

Some of their employees that have cleaned our home are fabulous while others are average-good range.

Chelsea and Cyndall did a fantastic job in my house. They are thorough and don’t mind accommodating the things I am picky about. They are trustworthy!

Mack's maids is very thorough and professional! Your home will be sparkling by the time they leave! I never have any problems leaving them to clean my house while I'm out running errands. Rachel the owner is amazing and makes sure all of my cleaning needs are met! All in all I highly recommend them!

I just had my home deep cleaned by Brandy, Sabrina and Crystal. It is immaculate! I don’t think it looked this good on the day I moved in. Smells so clean and fresh, too! Reasonably priced, and the girls were great with my big dog, too, which is an added bonus. I’m delighted with how my home looks and smells and also thrilled that they will be coming back regularly to keep it looking good! Thank you, Ladies and Mack Maids!

Kelsey and Hadley have been doing weekly office cleanings for us at 2 of our locations and they do a fantastic job! When I walk in the door in the morning it always smells for fresh and clean, and everything is spotless. They also happen to be the sweetest girls around. I'm so happy to have them helping us out. I wish I could give more stars to them. Thank you for all you do ladies! It is appreciated beyond words. :)

Mack Maids did an amazing job on our Move In clean. Swept out all the ghosts from the previous owners. Everything is shining and smells great! Thank you Laney and Hadley and the helpful ladies at the office too! Very professional and nice. Highly recommend.

I have been using Mack Maids for well over a year now. They are professional and do a fantastic job! We had a few miscommunications about scheduling but Tina always rectified the situation quickly. On our last clean, Kristina was fantastic. She cleaned under the furniture and the house smelled and looked great!

From top to bottom, everything was clean and wiped down and it smelled amazing! Every time they came to clean my home after that, has been the same level of service. OMG - I have had at least 7 different groups that helped us keep our house looking fabulous, but the absolute best hands down is Mack Maids. We just had our hardwood floors refinished and I requested Diane because she is the what perfection is all about. Diane and Heather came over today and literally transformed my house back to a home. I absolutely love and respect these ladies. They are gifted, personable and go that extra mile to please. We absolutely love them. I have had my house cleaned on a regular basis with Mack Maids for several months now. They are consistent and reliable with scheduling, and I am satisfied with the quality and detail of the cleaning. Laney and Demetria cleaned my house last week and did an awesome job. My dogs also enjoy the cleaning visits, the special attention and social time :)

We came home from lunch to a beautiful, spotless, clean and wonderful smelling home!!! There was not one thing out of place. I commend the girls on putting everything back where it was before. The kitchen floor was beautifully cleaned as well as the tile throughout the house. I congratulate the ladies on a job well done!!!

Sarah and crystal are so nice! They fussed at my husband who has dementia and my dog to get smiles and loving all around. Our home always looks wonderful after the team leaves and everyone is consistently cheerful and serious about their work. This company is the best.

Brenda and Ashley did an amazing job cleaning my house. From sparkling clean showers to a spotless kitchen and gleaming baseboards - those gals did it all. They came exactly when they said they would. I received a notification when they were on their way. In addition to all this, there were special, little touches, like fancy folded kitchen towels and toilet paper rolls with a water stamp on it.

We loved having Mack Maids come and help with intermittent cleaning after having our 3rd child. They were efficient, friendly and thorough. It was such a great relief to have a clean house during that time. They had great attention to detail and cleaned places I never get to!

We hired Mack Maids to do a move out clean, and are so happy we did! Our house was spotless and I didn't have to worry about moving and cleaning. Brandy did an amazing job and our house smelled amazing. They washed the baseboards, cleaned the blinds, our fridge and made the house look spotless. They arrived early and were very professional.
