Mack Maids cleaned my house for approximately four years. Throughout the time their team had me as a client, their quality of work was exceptional, going the extra mile to make sure specific needs were met. Their management was responsive (usually within an hour during business hours) and was always flexible with me when I had to cancel or change schedules. Perhaps most telling, when they had a problem and had to cancel (maybe happened once a year?), they contacted me directly and worked with me to quickly find alternate times that worked for me. I would recommend Mack Maids to anyone looking for a personalized and professional cleaning service in the Pinehurst Area.

The Macks Maids team can be summed up in two words, professional & efficient. Initial contact resulted in a walk through to give us a personalized quote, not just based off of square footage or number of rooms. The quote included a thorough checklist of tasks to be included and the price was very reasonable. After we made an appointment for service we received text message confirmation and then notice when the team was about to arrive. Everything on the checklist was done well and we were left with a copy that notes which team member performed which tasks. Pictured is the completed checklist from the first service.

The team did a great job on cleaning today. My reason for 4 stars, is because they were an hour late. I understand that sometimes they may run late, but a phone call letting me know would have been nice. With that being said - I am pleased with the cleaning. They have a checklist they fill out for your cleaning, showing exactly what they did. UPDATE! Spoke with management and got it all sorted out!! I am excited to have this group, as they did a great job!!

I just had Ms. Madison, Ms. Kelsey, and Ms. Kimyatta clean a house I just purchased that was left in a horrible condition by the previous owner.
Whole house smelled like dog, dog hair everywhere, refrigerator had congealed butter fused to the plastic in the freezer, etc.
I couldn’t stand being in the house for more than 5 minutes without feeling sick it was so bad.
Mack Maids completely turned this house around within hours, everything that was bothering me about the house is fixed and it is finally beginning to feel like a home.
My house smells and feels so much better and cleaner.

Mack Maids was fantastic. They did a deep clean of my apartment and every nook and cranny was cleaned. It felt amazing coming home to clean house!

Used this service for the first time earlier this year. Our house needed a deep cleaning. We moved into this house fairly recently and I wanted to hire a service to ultimately provide a regular biweekly cleaning. Based on our experience with the deep cleaning, I was really happy. They did a fantastic job. They spent a little over three hours in our 2700 square foot home providing the kind of cleaning services that I've been unable to do on my own.

Since that first deep cleaning, I signed the crew on for biweekly cleanings, and am still impressed by the service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They're very thorough and professional.

I contacted Mack Maids for a move out clean on pretty short notice and thankfully they were able to get me in fairly quickly. They did a wonderful job and went above and beyond trying to remove some stubborn set in stains in the house. Would definitely recommend!

Mack maids has been lovely to work with. They were able to schedule my estimate and service within a week of my initial call. The three women who came to clean did a wonderful job! I was thoroughly impressed by the job they did in the three hours they spent in my home. I needed to work from home and they were all very accommodating with my schedule. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in the area!

Mack Maids always does a great job in a timely manner. Jessica and Brenda are the sweetest people and are very respectful. Ot can be hard to reach the company at times due to them being very busy, but it’s worth it!
