The company schedules immediately and works to resolve whatever issue it may be in a very timely manner. I’m very pleased . Will call from here on out !

It's so nice to go into their store. Very knowledgeable about their products. Very happy with my Speed Queen washer and Dryer that we bought several year ago and my new Frigidaire that we just purchased. Will continue to go here for all my appliance needs!

I had a really bad experience months before with another company (the serviceman showed up late, later admitting to being under the influence of marijuana, charged me $236 and my freezer was still broken) so I was reluctant to try again. I am beyond happy with the service I received from Moore Appliance. Ethan was super efficient, personable and kind. And my freezer works! Thank you so much. Highly recommend Moore Appliance for service needs. Jay provided exceptional service and work. They arrived when stated and loved they give a 4 hour window instead of all day. Part needed to be ordered and it came in quickly and the follow up appointment was scheduled immediately. They were so easy to work with to get our machine running again. They even warranty the replacement work. Will definitely use this company in the future.

My fridge is warming up so I called. They came out quickly and were friendly but charged $131 just to tell me it's within a reasonable range. They should have just asked what the range was over the phone and saved me 5 hours waiting at home and their time as well.

I was very happy with the service I received from Moore Appliance. They recently repaired my gas range, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had everything working again in no time. It’s clear they know what they’re doing, and I appreciated the friendly, no-nonsense approach. I’ll definitely call them again if I need appliance service in the future. Highly recommend!

Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about our dryer. He found what was making a vibration and also vacuumed the interior out to prevent a fire.

The freezer shut itself off and I couldn’t get it to come back on. The tech unlocked the control box, turned it back on, and it seems to still be working correctly. I’m not sure why it shut off or if it will happen again but we’ll see.

They came right after major storm, assessed problem fridge (not cooling) and advised that repair would cost same if not more than a new one. Worth the visit fee to save $ and heartache. Now have a nice new fridge 😃

I had an excellent experience with Moore Appliance Service! My washer wasn’t working properly, so I called around 3 PM, which was almost the end of the day. They were quick to schedule an appointment for the very next morning. The technician arrived on time and had everything fixed in less than an hour. My washer is working like new again! Highly recommend for fast and reliable service.

Karl was our technician and man was he super. I think the guy would have stayed here all night if that's what it took to get the frig working properly. And that's exactly the kind of bloodhound you need for a frig. Gotta have a frig.

Moore Appliance Service did a great job at scheduling my appointment quickly, the technician gave me a courtesy call, arrived within the given window, and fixed my machine with ease. They even offered advice over the phone of what I could try first before scheduling a technician to come out. I will definitely call them again.

Our water heater was going on the blink and turned out to be dying. Jacob offered us options which included a new water heater or a tankless one since ours was 14 years old We selected the tankless and they installed it last week. Service was quick and efficient
