These guys are great! The worker came right on time, found the issue with my propane heater and fixed it with in minuets! Very intelligent, polite and an over all nice guy. He worked very cleanly and quickly. I will be calling them again for future repairs!

Called 4 plumbers on a Friday night for emergency service related to a gas leak. Benjamin Franklin was the only company able to send out someone that night. The crew they send was over the top. Excellent craftsmen, and excellent customer service. After the job was over they left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with this company and the two men - Keith and Isaac - that provided our service.

I called because my gas fireplace were not starting and Ben Franklin Plumbing installed a new set. Few years ago. They technician did an r clement his of installing. On this call Keith came out to check out the system. After a bit of testing, clearing the air out of the system and checking batteries, he got the logs started. Keith knew what to look for and got the issue resolved quickly. Yes I may have been able to do it myself, but I didn’t and I’m very happy there is a professional who was able to take care of it, much faster than I could. I will definitely call Ben Franklin Plumbing when I have any other issues that need to be fixed.

Best plumber in town. In Moore county to get a contractor same day it's rare. Ben Franklin Plumbing picked up the phone within 2 rings, sent a plumber out within 4 hours and fixed everything I needed in a couple hours. The plumber Keith also identified a potential issue and fixed it for me. Overall one of the best experiences I have had in Moore county.

Never had to press a button but got to talk to a real person to set up an appointment for the same day or the next. Received texts to introduce the techs who were arriving on time and immediately located the problem and fixed it. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and explained everything. I have a 90-day warranty on the parts and the labor. Great job!

Excellent service! Called around 8:30am had an appointment between 11-2, Keith was here at 11. He did some troubleshooting after we talked about the issue and our hot water heater was working before 1pm. He knew what to do and didn’t waste anytime getting it fixed. Will definitely call again for any issues.

Travis has always been a great plumber. Every time he's come out to any job, we've needed a plumber for. Explained everything and got to work. He did a great job. We got a quote on possible solutions and he was good to explain the costs and the quote. Nice person and very personable. Very pleased with Kieth and his team from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We purchased an older home that needed some updates. Keith and his team walked us thru each type of repair and sent an estimate before any work was done. We had them install a new tankless water heater, update some pipes, install faucets, fix leaking toilets, replace outside faucet and install gas lines for the water heater and new stove. The crew did a great job! They were always on time, very professional and cleaned up the work area when they were done. All work was done in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the work done. Travis came quickly on a Sunday night and spent a lot of time making sure our whole-house clog was resolved. I also had a leak under my sink that was fixed simply by twisting a plastic fitting tighter, and although I felt silly for not knowing this (my husband was out of town) Travis was very gracious and extremely professional about everything. I’ll be calling Benjamin Franklin the next time I have an emergency plumbing need!

I made an appointment to discuss how to remove condensation from a new dehumidifier in our crawl space to outside the house. Aaron studied the situation and came up with a creative solution, determined what materials were needed and provided a price, which I approved. He returned the next day with a helper, installed the piping, connected the dehumidifier and in addition re-routed some piping for the kitchen sink. He checked that all is working properly before cleaning up and leaving. It was a very thorough, professional and well-done job. Excellent work!!
