I called them yesterday and Travis came out this morning. He knew my issue in 2 minutes, ran to the shop to get the parts needed and replaced my garbage disposal in a professional and timely way! He noticed a leak in my RO system and fixed that as well. Very kind and appreciate that customer service.

I used another plumber in town for a separate issue earlier this year....paid them a lot of money and it took 4 trips. Needless to say I will be calling Ben Franklin in the future if needed and refer them to my friends. Thank you for the quick fix and amazing service!

Great communication was on time. Friendly and took time to explain the issue and choices for how to fix it. Attentive to not making a mess and cleaning up.

A bit on the pricey side but when you can't use your kitchen since you'll pay. Would recommend in an emergency but for regular plumbing issues local would probably cost less.

Keith showed up on time and is extremely professional. He changed the filter and checked something else, but was in and out. A very good experience

Probably great plumbers but I'll never know since I contacted them twice on their website request page and left a VM for a callback on their landline. Nothing. Nada. Niente. I really hate begging people to let me pay them.

The young man that came by was very professional and courteous. He introduced himself telling us what he needed to do. He explained what was needed to do what I asked and let us know he would get back to us by e-mail with the preliminary cost. He’s very good at what he does 😃

Keith called me to give me updates on his arrival time. He arrived early (within 10 minutes) of his estimated time. He was very proficient, had everything he needed for my projects, cleaned up upon completion, thoroughly explained what had been done and was very courteous. He completed the project in less time than I expected. I will use On Time Plumbing for all my future needs.

We would highly recommend Aaron and OnTime Plumbing. Aaron waws scheduled the next day after I CALLED. He called us to let us know he was on his way and was prompt and professional in every manner. He listened carefully to the work we wanted done and was thorough in assessing the problems. His estimate arrived within hours of his visit and we are anxious to have him complete the items in the master bath. Later that afternoon he called to see if we had reviewed the estimate and if we had any questions. He said he would submit a separate estimate for the work outside. We would give them very high ratings and recommendations and were very satisfied.

We needed to have a Gas line capped that was used for an old fake fireplace. Pride Plumbing was helpful, walked through our options and executed the most cost-effective option. Very pleased have been a long time customer!
